A very dodgy and unprofessional company. I’ve been trying to ask them a basic question for 2 weeks but no one from customer service ever returns calls or e-mails. Receptionist blatantly lies and says ‘someone will call you back’. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

I'm extremely happy with the service from Mayfair Weight Loss Clinic and the effectiveness of the Mounjaro pen. There are some manageable side effects and they will vary for different people, but I've found, for me, at the moment that the 5mg dose is working very well and in 4 weeks, since I began, I have lost 6kg, which I could never have done without this product. The side effects including nausea and acid reflux mostly occur within 72 hours of injecting and I noticed that when I went up from 2.5mg to 5mg there was a more pronounced reaction, but all the side effects are worth it for the excellent weight loss results which should be accompanied by a healthy diet. I've found that I naturally don't want to eat as I did before anymore because I don't feel anywhere near as hungry as I used to. My confidence is returning in my body, I feel more energetic and re-assured that I will absolutely reach my target weight. Don't feel that you have to keep raising the dose after 4 weeks if you are happily losing weight at a certain level - that way the side effects wear off - because your body has adjusted and you can really enjoy watching the pounds melt away. As someone who carries the extra weight around my middle, I feel so much better now that I know I am losing the visceral fat that is so unhealthy in that area. I really feel very grateful to be able to benefit from the Mounjaro pen. It is a considered purchase, but the health benefits are priceless

After my initial consultation was approved my orders have been shipped the following day.

Quick service this time, but expensive

They check you properly to make sure that you really do need the medication that you are asking for, and dispatch it quickly and efficiently

Their service is AWFUL! AVOID AVOID AVOID! Their phone number is useless - they don’t resolve, they don’t reply to e-mails and my medicine hasn’t been delivered and nobody replies to my messages or know how to answer. I keep being told that someone is going to contact me and nothing! Make yourself a favour and don’t buy anything from this company.

So disappointed in the treatment I have received from this company. I ordered £170 worth of products which I have never received. On 8th January I ordered for delivery via DPD. I received a notification of delivery via DPD but the package never arrived. It's now the 27th January and I've finally received and update from Mayfair stating that DPD will be contacting me directly to process a claim. Meanwhile I'm out of pocket with no product. Zero care shown as I've had to constantly chase. So disappointed. This was the second order I placed with this company but never again :(

Ordered items which were delivered to an apartment building a quarter of a mile away from my home. I've emailed and spoken to their customer service line a number of times but they're not responding. I'm £500 out of pocket and having to go through my bank to try to recover the money.

Avoid these fraudsters

Sent order which was accepted and £177.90 taken from AMEX - on 16th Dec. Nothings arrived and had NO update. Left emails and VM and still nothing. I suggest you avoid this operation.
