We’re sorry to hear that our pricing did not meet your expectations.
For orders to the United States, we ship under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms. This means that customers do not need to pay any additional import duties or clearance fees upon delivery — everything is already included in the price.
At the moment, the impact of these duties has not yet been removed on our side. We are still being charged both customs duties and clearance handling fees by our shipping partners, which is the main reason for the price increase for the US market.
We are closely monitoring the situation, and once these charges are officially removed, we will adjust our pricing accordingly without delay.
We appreciate your understanding and your feedback, which helps us improve.
No way to order continuous fabric…
Cork fabric color and quality are just as advertised and are great. Unfortunately when ordering multiple yards and paying for the rolled bulk shipping add-on, it was shipped as multiple 1-yd sections rolled together

While we always aim to provide continuous lengths when possible, this can depend on stock availability at the time of cutting.
