MBR have been excellent during our stay as tenants, responding quickly to issues and resolving them effectively. I trust that our landlord has been as happy as we have been, as nothing has ever got lost in translation and that made us a happy home for a good few years.

I rented the place for 6 months and it was an amazing and smooth experience. The property is well maintained and Mike was there every time we had a question or we needed help.

Very helpful and supportive throughout the tenancy process.
All paperwork was completed on time and the property at checking out was in excellent condition.

Brilliant company to deal with. Always helpful and accommodating and most importantly really nice people. I can’t recommend them highly enough as they have been by far the best agents I’ve dealt with in over a decade of renting.

The property is newly painted and very clean and tidy. Repair requests can be satisfied quickly.

Overall an okay experience when I rented a property from Mike. Good things included a thorough inventory, a cleanly property and speedy processing for the flats rental. However, unfortunately there were some issues that led to an average service, issues that arose during my rental contracted time and at checkout. An improper clause in my contract in relation to the use of a professional cleaning company and the advise to use a cleaning company that, through my own research, I discovered Mike is director of, led to feelings of discontent. This was unfortunate considering the good start.

I think an increased attention to detail, more follow through with promised actions and increased transparency about the cleaning company would be recommended. I think if I hadn’t experienced these communication issues I would be awarding more stars in my review.

Responsive, helpful, and what others should strive to be.

Mike Rozo is a class act. We rented and Mike was the property manager. He always sorted out our issues promptly and fairly. Nobody would complain about landlords/property managers if others were like Mike. He works hard and deserves this positive review.

We have had our share of bad landlords and building managers, and luckily MBR was just the opposite. They proved to be a refreshing retreat! Mike Rozo is hands-on, responsive and kind. He takes great care of you and the property, responding to requests for help with pace and grace. I cannot recommend MBR (and Mike particularly!) more highly as a trusted, safe pair of hands for your home.

Cannot think of anything but great feedback on my experience with renting with MBR Property Management - all information was very clearly communicated, every request was responded to quickly, fixing of any issues with appliances, etc were taken care of promptly and thoroughly.

I’ve been a tenant in Swiss Cottage for over 3 years. I believe Property management companies are evaluated when you have a problem- for example a burst pipe on new years eve or the boiler packing up while it’s snowing. Mike was always available, helpful insightful and actually really helped.
All the communication was always simple via email and text and he always got back to me incredibly fast.

I rented a flat with the agency for almost three years. Since the first visit to the place, they make me feel comfortable, and created a climate of trust. During the renting, they promptly helped me with any issues in the flat. Both the starting and closing phases went extremely smoothly. I could only recommend them!

As a first time renter I didn’t know much about the process but from my first telephone enquiry through viewing to moving in and beyond MBR couldn’t have been more helpful. Always quick to respond to any enquires, they have been friendly and professional throughout and I would highly recommend them.

MBR were very professional and accommodating. They were able to arrange for our move in date to be brought forward due to our circumstances and were extremely helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. We have been tenants for more than two years and our experience with MBR Property Management has been one of the best with a estate agency, from the first viewing to the check-out process. The team at MBR is professional and look after the properties and tenants in a very attentive and responsive way.
Unfortunately, we had to leave our lovely flat, however if we have to go back to London we would definitely contact MBR.
We would highly recommend them.
