The Support was Incredible! We wanted to do a AMG Menu on a c216 and it didnt worked by ourself, so we wrote him on a Sunday and he answered very quick. He Check in on our Laptop and did it by himself. the Service was really fast and with really good Knowledge of them what they do.

I would buy here anytime again.

The program didn’t work as aspected on our car because it is a japanese car. I‘ve contacted the support on a sunday got instand response and he coded the car via remote. Absolute insane support i‘ve never experienced such an first class service. Thank you

Avec ce boitier, on peut activer de nombreuses options comme le car play, les clignotants à 5 secondes, désactiver le star-stop et bien d'autres options.
Par contre, tout changement est payant et cher..

I’ve bought an AMG menu activation for my CLA 250. There were some problems with drivers on my computer and I couldn’t do the activation coding. After contacting support, all problems were solved in minutes. Another happy customer!

I followed the instructions on the website and downloaded the map update onto a properly formatted SD card. After it checked out in the car (2016 CLA250) I bought an activation code and the update went as well as could be expected. I saved myself about 400 Canadian dollars by doing it myself and not letting the dealer rip me off. The process went smoothly and was easy to do.

Haha. Instrument cluster virginize doesnt work and after refund request they said:

"in this case, it will be impossible for us to do future business"

This means my account was banned.

Got refunded and account got banned, beware.

Hahahaha. "However, when you contacted us, you have already used the service provided to you, yet you immediately requested a full refund, stating that our solution was ineffective. "

-How do I use faulty scam software that doesnt work??? Your happy customer service checked logs. Scam software, and i dont let unknown people to access my PC by remote. You have logs, work with the logs and not by remote control.

I wanted to enable the AMG menu on my car, but even though there were warnings about hybrid vehicles, I missed them.
In the end, the AMG menu was not to my liking, as it was initially predicted.
I have reverted the changes, using the backup that they store on their server, so within minutes, everything was back to how it was.
After contacting them, it literally took less than 5 minutes, for me to get my refund.
I regret not being able to benefit from the AMG menu, but seeing their professional approach, I will be sure to recommend them to my group of Mercedes enthusiasts!!!

As per a first time coder, I was scared it wouldn’t work. But since they were offering a refund within an hour after purchase I thought I would give it a shot with the one use purchase. The codings worked as promised and I’m glad with the results!
