These people took my money and promised to help with MCA loans. However after taking my money they did nothing. I asked for a refund and they told me it was used on attorneys. Nothing has been done and they won't refund my money. They just steal your money!!

This company is more predatory than the lenders you are getting help for. Misrepresented the whole program and front loaded fees while do nothing with the creditors. Program and cost misrepresented verbally but read the agreement!

I worked with MCA resolve over 18 months on 125kn of business debt.

They front loaded tens of thousands on fees before ever discussing an offer to my creditors

I respired the first debt of 46k for 33k. With their added fees it was basically the same thing m

The second debt never got resolved and they used a lawyer that has no legal
Standing in NY to practice law as he doesnt maintain an office there.

The courts found for he plaontiff adding legal fees and statutory interest if $15&.

The 89k debt is now $121k. Plus the close to 20k I paid MCA. Nearly doubling the debt owed.

Please don’t use this company if you value your finances and mental health. Thee are much better options out there.

This was an expensive experience for me and I will be working this off for awhile as a reminder of what not to do.

Beware of bait and switch tactics. They say they will save you 60 cents on the dollar. What they don’t tell you is your debt will be 100% higher once they get involved. You are better off paying the debt you owed. Beware of their VP Elliot Dinov. Maybe even check him out before proceeding. Wish I would have. Good luck.

Have been sending weekly payments for approximately 9 months and cannot get anyone from the company to return my calls or emails. I have a settlement offer from my creditor and still can't get anyone from the company to respond.

This company is a scam. They make a lot of promises and deliver zero. They lie and have one goal "Take your money and deliver zero" They took me for $4,000.00 and delivered zero service. Buyer beware. DO NOT TRUST THEM! THEY ARE LIARS! BELIEVE WHAT I SAY! BEWARE

These guys take your money and don’t really work with you even if you’re a struggling business owner. If you can’t make payments, they don’t work with you. They drop just drop you and you lose your money. DONT do business with these guys.

VERY disappointed with this company. They go their payout and didn't care about us after that.

I signed a contract for MCA Resolve to take money from my account to pay a loan back to a creditor
they agreed to negotiate with them and save me money. The creditor will not work with MCA and threaten to file a judgement against me and said I was in default. MCA has made things worse for me. . If MCA can't work with creditor then the contract should be void. Julie says I breached contract by stopping payments to them. I tried calling number on contract 929-219-0772 and always says"mailbox full" Julie says I breached contract and says" Good luck with controlling your business" MCA has taken money for over a year and now say they can keep my $8,000 that was supposed to go to my creditor? When I called BERSHIRE FINANCIAL Mike Perex who set me up with MCA Resolve I believe they are a broker and they closed down soon after and now Mike says "MCA is a shit company" How is one getting away with this?

Vicky and MCA Resolve helped me so much!!! I was going through such a hard time trying to make the payments to the lenders that I was drowning. Our business got in trouble after the Covid crisis. Parts were ridiculous. Paint was ridiculous. We made the mistake of stacking our loans and got in too much trouble by the end of it they were wanting $10,000 a week. I was at my last nerve and breath with the business. That morning I received a call from MCA resolve saving our business. Within three days we had a resolve on what we needed to do and how we were gonna save our business . Malka worked with me for over 20 months calling every week assuring me that we were on the right track. The week that we couldn’t do it we even had a break in the Payment. I can tell you right now if it wasn’t for MCA resolve, our business would have folded two years ago. We have now completed our program and paid over $200,000 off in 20 months. This company is a sham!! I was paying weekly payments to go towards the negotiations of my loan and realized that they weren't even negotiating for me. It has been over a year of payments and still getting notifications of non payment of my loan. When I canceled their program they kept $80,000 that I had paid and said it goes to the program and none of it is refundable. Not even a penny went to the original loan I had stopped paying. This place needs to be investigated and shut down. They don't do what they claim they do.

Mi experiencia con MCA Resolve LLC y Costal Deb LLC ha sido extremadamente decepcionante. Contraté sus servicios para ayudarme con una negociación de deuda y les pagué aproximadamente $20,000. Sin embargo, después de recibir el pago, apenas hicieron algo por mi caso y no cumplieron con las promesas hechas. Su abogado no realizó ninguna defensa efectiva y ni siquiera me notificaron de los desarrollos importantes del caso hasta embargaron mi dinero del banco y nunca supe nada. Descubrí por mi cuenta que ya había una sentencia en mi contra porque MCA Resolve no me mantuvo informado.

Lo más frustrante es que cuando pedí un reembolso, intentaron que firmara un contrato de no divulgación (NDA) para ocultar sus prácticas, lo cual me parece poco ético y abusivo. Me niego a firmar un NDA solo para obtener un reembolso parcial, especialmente considerando que la mayoría de mis pagos no se usaron para mi beneficio, sino que MCA Resolve los retuvo sin realizar el trabajo acordado.

No recomiendo a MCA Resolve para nada. Si buscas ayuda profesional y transparencia, te sugiero que busques otra compañía yo personalmente los voy reportar al General Attorney de la florida y abrir un small claim en corte por contratos abusivos y estafa
