MCB Real Estate Reviews

We have rented a property from MCB and Farwa was absolutely lovely when showing us round and really helpful with any queries we had during the process of applying for the property. She drove an hour to the property when we asked if we can do some measurements before the tenancy period started. When we moved in a few things weren’t working but Farwa immediately resolved the problem which I think is fantastic. We are very happy in our new home and Farwa made it an easy and stress free process. We also appreciate with her quick response with problems occurred in the property. She will also follow up afterwards just to check if problems got resolved. Thanks for all the help.

Thankyou all for the best experience ever! MCB we’re very professional and did a fantastic job at selling our property and smoothly running the whole process.

Great service, very friendly enviornment and no pushing sales tactics.
Specially Farwa was great in every step.

Excellent service and friendly staff and very accommodating. All the best for the future.

Very good service, on time appointments, very professional, found us very good tenants, will use them again

The Service was great. Very responsive, professional and supportive.

I will definitely work with them again.

I work as a Concierge on an upmarket residential building in Central London where I deal with Estate Agents on a daily basis, some of which I shadow during viewings at the property, others I interact often which in itself gives me an insight to the goods and bads happening when one looks for a new place they will call home.
I just settle in to a new place.
I search relentlessly for a couple of months, dealing with my fair share of Letting companies and Estate Agents along the way and I have to tell you all that the service and professionalism provided and demonstrated by MCB Real Estates and its staff was outstanding throughout.
From the consistent support overcoming hurdles to the timely and efficient schedule of viewing, contract exchange and check-in I have nothing less than praises and appreciation for their diligence and hard work.
Am absolutely delighted with the experience and if in need,in the future they will be my first port of call.
Meanwhile I wish them outstanding success as we all need professional and competent people on all walks of life and I can not recommend them more to anyone facing relocating or looking for the first step on the housing ladder.
Consider contacting MCB Real Estate and rest assured you are in good hands.
To the MCB staff.....

My husband and I are overseas landlords and needed someone we can trust to manage our property. We initially entrusted our home to a well-established company but were extremely dissatisfied with their ‘service’ and exorbitant fees.
Following this experience, we decided to entrust the management of our property to MCB Real Estate, and we have had nothing but great service. Simran and her team have gone above and beyond to ensure that our property is well managed. We receive regular updates which allows us the peace of mind so vital when living on the other side of the world. Our tenants, after having almost no contact with the previous estate agents, have also reported being very pleased with the friendly and supportive service provided by Simran and MCB Real Estate.

MCB Real Estate Agents were absolutely brilliant from contact to securing property. They were always polite on the phone, on time at properties and took their time with viewings. MCB came up head and shoulders above the local competition. 5 star service. Would definitely recommend!!

Farwa is one of the main reasons i love this estate agency. Such an amazing person, she’s extremely helpful and polite. Shes very responsive and would do anything to serve your needs.

Simran from the MCB Real Estate team has been lovely and prompt to communicate with - many thanks for the help!

An honest estate agent can be difficult to find in this day and age but MCB are very professional and honest. At no point have they ever let a call go to voicemail and not returned it and they have always had the information on hand that is requested. I look forward to working with MCB over the years. Keep up the great work.
