Asked the chatbox if they could link then it thought my first name was 'can you link'. Then called and like most companies, C/S is outsourced so could not understand the rep. Got off the phone and emailed them to see if I should just cancel the account. I despise this outsourcing of critical customer service processes and not being able to easily talk / text / chat with a person native to your country.

I just received a few bills from MD live. They were totally around 550.00. For therapy and they said I was not approved for services because I didn’t get a referral. I called my insurance group and they said that a lot of these charges were from 2025 and they were dated back six months. When I told them there wasn’t any charges , there was no cost last year , they at first disagreed , then figured out I never needed a referral either. They’ve made so many mistakes and this time they billed my paperwork to the wrong company. Please don’t use them . This is the second time I’ve had this problem and many others. I’m suppose to be helping my mental health through them , not losing sleep and on the phone for hours. They always give wrong information.

I placed an order for a subscription on April 2nd, and subsequently canceled it five minutes later upon discovering the cost of $250. Despite my immediate cancellation, I experienced a three-day delay in receiving a resolution. I was then informed via email that a refund could not be processed due to the prescription having already been dispatched to the pharmacy. I made multiple attempts to cancel the prescription. I believe this company's practices are fraudulent.

Worst experience with MD live over two days. I had a jaw pain and tried to connect to doctor, first they gave me a doctor which is not licensed to work inRhode Island. After that 4 times I tried ASAP apppointment. Wait time is more than2 hours every time and i cancelled it all togther. Not going to me back to MDlive ever. Wish there is -5 start not even 0.

My most recent experience with MD Live was great. I used them out of desperation because the prior experience was so horrible that the urgent care that particular provider sent me to encouraged me to complain. My vet telehealth lets a pet owner choose from providers and presents ratings/reviews up front while scheduling. MD Live should do the same for human patients.

A bit misleading. Joined based on my ability to be treated with a particular medication only to discover an office visit was required for that medication. If the only way to receive the medication is with a in person visit, why advertise it? Had I known,I would not have wasted my time and the almost $200 cost of annual fee.

I am surprised to see all the bad reviews. I had great experience and I am picky. The company I work with now contacts with a company that uses MD Live. I was sick and took a flu test which came out positive. I used the MD Live option to complete my assessment and that a doctor would get back to me in about an hour. I received my notiication by text that my assessment was complete and received comprehensive info on care and the prescription was aready called in to my pharmacy. I was too sick to leave the home so this worked out really well for me.

If there were negative -0 scores, I would give one. This is a company hidden behind a firewall so impenetrable that once you finally get a live person, you have gnawed your arm off from frustration. Then they are no better than a chatbot & should report to the Dept. Of Redundancy Dept. They just recite the same stuff. These people should not be allowed to ever administer any medical services. They are the Darth Vader of telehealth. They control you, the patient is just a wallet. They don’t care remotely about your health. Speechless to the point where I can’t explain it anymore. I’ve been on the phone withCigna & MD Live for 4 days. Even involved my HR / personnel dept & still do not have my life-dependent Blood pressure meds. If they make a mistake, they intend for you to rectify it. They shut you down. Whoever heard of a medical service provider who can’t call their network doctor to request the refill the inept doctor failed to submit after she adamantly said she had. Guess who’s paying for it. If I die of a stroke due to their negligence, it will just be a little blip on the radar. THEY DONT CARE

Went to urgent care and required a chest X-ray, breathing treatment, Z-pack and Prednisone. Already feeling better after only 6 hours. Don't waste your time or money here.

Don’t waste your time. I wish I had read reviews before attempting to seek care through this platform. I filled out the questionnaire and it stated it would take about an hour for it to be reviewed in order to receive treatment plan. It was submitted at 7:09 pm and at 7:10 pm I had the consultation summary. There is no way the “Dr” reviewed my answers that quickly. The treatment plan was exactly what I had stated had not worked in the questionnaire. I specified that I have had sinus infections all my life and am aware of when it’s that instead of my normal allergies (that I regularly take medicine for). I called in to speak to someone and they had a nurse call me back. The nurse stated I have to suffer with my symptoms for 7-10 days in order for them to prescribe anything. I told her that’s ridiculous. Azithromycin is not a controlled substance and there’s no reason whatsoever that they should not be able to prescribe based on the symptoms I am experiencing. Do not waste your time or money.

I scheduled an urgent care appointment at 7pm last night. It said it would be less than 10 minutes to connect with someone. I waited 2.5 hours, regularly getting calls from MDLive to tell me “a provider would be with me in: ASAP” online it kept saying “5 minutes wait”.
I called customer service twice and the second time was told there are in fact zero providers available to help me but that they could reschedule me for an appointment with one at 3AM at the soonest.
I’m desperate for help since I feel horrible and the nearest physical urgent care place is far away from me, and getting out of bed sounds awful.
So 3am comes, my phone started me out of sleep but I answered right away and get a message that my call couldn’t be completed because the provider disconnected but that they’d call me back. It was a 9 second call in total and then it hung up on me.
So I waited 15 minutes and then called customer service again. Was told that the provider would try and call me back and that they had to so 3 times in total.
I’m not going to keep letting my phone wake me up at 3 freaking AM when they couldn’t even try one call back in 15 minutes.
So now I’m back in the queue of hell waiting for the next available provider to call me, but who knows if I ever will even get a call or if it’ll be waking me up every hour to tell me I’m still in the queue to be seen “in ASAP” what kind of wait time is that anyway?
This company should not be able to provide healthcare. Absolute nightmare. You’re taking advantage of sick people who have no other choice.

Paid $48 for a consultation today (March 5, 2026). A prescription was issued, I received confirmation via email and text that it was ready for collection — then arrived at the pharmacy to be told Dr. Demenko had cancelled it. No call, no message, no explanation whatsoever.
This doctor has a 2.5/5 rating on Healthgrades for a reason. Reviews describe him as argumentative and dismissive — my experience speaks for itself. He obtained his degree from Saratov State Medical University and somehow thinks it’s acceptable to cancel a patient’s prescription without any notification after they’ve already paid.
I have all receipts, confirmation messages, and pharmacy records saved. A formal complaint has been filed and I am escalating to the California Medical Board.
Customer care even worse.
Save your money and your time — go elsewhere.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I took 15 minutes to provide very detailed information on my health history, current status, current issue (concern about a spot on my face). Within two minutes, I had a response from MDLive stating I should go to Urgent Care. Seriously? It's most certainly not an urgent issue. I can't even imagine how they read the information I provided in the two minutes it took for them to provide this generic response. DO NOT USE THIS "SERVICE".

Doctor was fine. However getting the insurance verified was an absolutely atrociously long and complicated process. I had to verify online, did that, verified again, for some reason it kept not working. Then they said that I owed fully out of pocket unless I verified again. I called to verify. Spent 15 minutes with them giving them my info. They couldn't verify. They said I needed to get my insurance company on the phone with them even though it was my insurance company that had set up the account for me using the benefits I have and I could show online that my account indeed included this benefit. My insurance company only operates during limited hours. I had to call back during those limited hours. Was put on hold...still not done.

Is this a Ponzi scam? The appointment is supposed to be free with my insurance, but they seem to always want to charge $85+ dollars, which I get back when they figure out my insurance 6 months later. If they do this to just 10 people a day, that is a lot of cash they have at the 9-month point.

This company is the worst. Total scam.
They misrepresented their service and charged me $130 for what was supposed to be a free "wellness check". I spent many hours on the phone proving their mistake to them, only to be told to essentially "pound sand".
I would describe their behavior as fraudulent, at best.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I did an e-visit through questionnaire for issues with sinuses. I put on my intake info that I already take Allegra regularly for allergies…then lo and behold, that’s exactly what the visit summary is recommending that I take. So I call customer service and they connect me with a provider over the phone who diagnoses me with a sinus infection and promises to send a prescription for a Z-pack. It’s been HOURS…no prescription has been sent. This has been the biggest waste of time and money.
