Got a super quick support today and my issue was resolved within 5 mins only. Keep it up guys! Tks

I opened up a support ticket regarding an account issue I had and MDP had it resolved within a few business hours!

MDP support has been really great to work with on getting my issues resolved in a timely manner. They consistently stayed with my ticket until we had a clear resolution even when the solution may not have been an easy one. I'd give them a 9 out of 10 and know once they get their UI dashboard and user docs/FAQ's published I'd give them a 10.

I had been waiting for my funding credentials for about a week, I knew they were super busy, so I was being patient. I sent to open a ticket with MDP Discord and the chat feature popped up. Royal and I engaged and in a matter of 5 minutes I received the funding email! Well done!

With the sheer amount of volume this company has experienced I must say that I am extremely pleased with the support from MDP Funding. I give them a 9 out of 10 and excellent rating!!

Thank you so much for your help and resolving the issue! Very quick respond in minutes. Blessings!

I was promptly provided with my live credentials. MDP support is doing a great job in handling all these requests.

Support is GREAT. Sorted my queries I had very efficiently and in time.

My withdraw was proccessed and I received it today.

Great company and Great people to work with.

My support ticket was answered right away.

I had an issue where my Phase 1 challenge was passed but I had not received my Phase 2 credentials via email. I went onto MDP Funding's Discord channel and within just a few minutes, I had an email with my Phase 2 trading room credentials. Fast professional support! It doesn't get any better!

Royal was incredibly fast and was able to solve my problem. He was very kind. I will recommend MDP to everybody I know.

Support team at MDP has been super helpful to resolve any issue my team and I have had. It's a pleasure seeing a company that really does put the customer first!

This is a relatively new Forex Prop Firm and so the question is, are they trustworthy. If you get on MDP's Discord channel, you'll find all kinds of people who are frustrated with customer service, how long it takes for payouts, etc. While I haven't had my funded account long enough to submit for a payout, I've had nothing but positive experiences with customer service. Every time I've created a support ticket on their Discord channel, my issue has been resolved quickly. Starting with phase 1 and then phase 2 and now with my funded account, I've always had the new credentials relatively quickly. I'm looking forward to a long-standing relationship with MDP.

Requested help to MDP via Discord using a ticket and my issue was resolved within minutes. Thanks!

Support was very swift. Faster than expected

Had an issue with my phase 2 challenge, it was showing I had the right amount of equity to pass the challenge, but the back office wasn't portraying that. So I went to the MDP discord and opened a support ticket, I had a response in less than an hour and everything fixed within a few hours of that correspondence. Can't ask for much more. Thank you

Its been soo useful and I got my account soo it wasn't some sort of sketch !

From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. The customer service was exceptional, with friendly and knowledgeable staff who are eager to help with any questions or concerns you may have.

I've contacted support via discord multiple times for account challenge issues as well as requesting information. They were incredible responsive, my ticket was claimed within 2 mins and I had resolution typically within 30 mins. Incredible team, incredible platform!
