I am always apprehensive when having my ears treated but today any anxiety was allayed with good and friendly treatment and any questions I had were explained clearly. 5 star treatment.

My appointment time was prompt and I was put at ease and had everything, such as the procedure, explained clearly.

Went in, deaf as a post, Came out to hear the birds again. Claire came out to fetch me, Toby made sure I was cumfortable before the procedure.

Phoned a few providers before finding Meadows & Wood. One said the earliest they could do was two months away. Rang M & W, very friendly receptionist booked me in for three days later. Appointment was in Portishead, easy to find and park. Was seen by Toby who was very friendly and efficient. Would definately use again. Many thanks

I was desperate to get my ears cleared of wax so I could direct a choir rehearsal and play my cello. The appointment was immediate, the same day, with no fuss, effortlessly smooth, and I was pleasantly welcomed

Absolutely transformed my hearing removing a horrible impacted plug of wax that had been causing me so much bother! Would never have resolved with just oil drops! So glad I made the appointment. Thanks

Toby has a great way of giving information about the hearing process; provides current technology science to measuring impairment and creating aids that take account the graphs of hearing at different levels and for each ear. All of this takes place in relaxed environment where I felt able to ask many questions about the whole process.
Probably the most pleasing aspect was taking moulds of my inner ears to ensure the aids fit properly - Well done.

We found the booking system, reminders and the initial information capture form all very simple. Parking on site in Weston is a real bonus and Toby collected us from the car park on arrival on calling the number in the email we were sent to remind us of the upcoming appointment. The removal of ear debris and the hearing test were clearly explained as were the options for possible future need of hearing enhancement at the end of the visit. We would not hesitate to recommend Meadows & Wood Hearing Care based on our experience and look forward to future visits with confidence

The waiting list for earwax removal at other establishments was several weeks but Meadows&Wood provided a much quicker appointment. The pre-appointment instructions were very clear. The establishment at Weston-super-Mare was super-clean and the service was delightful with Toby coming to greet his client in the car park. The earwax removal treatment was very well done, did not take long and was at a competitive price. Communications were excellent at all times. Highly recommended

To be honest I was a bit bothered about this system of wax removal but I needn't have been concerned, it was totally painless and took about 10 minutes and the team were helpful and reassuring. My ear was totally blocked and was driving me crackers so full mark's to the team for a great job. Highly recommended.
