Great service and customer support. A company making a difference with the right ethics at competitive prices.

Quick & easy to follow instructions

I had previously been with another network provider for 15 years, always avoiding a switch for ease. However, the switch to Meaningful Planet was incredibly easy - I provided my PAC number and the rest was sorted for me. The contract I chose was much better value for money than my previous one, the signal is better, and it’s great to know that some of the money is going towards environmental projects.

I haven’t regretted to sign up with a small network provider since I started to use Meaningful Planet’s services.
Important information if you have struggled with the 3 big network companies: Tailored customer service would be the correct description of what I have been experiencing with Nick and Dan. They always on the other side of my screen , ready to help. ( And I did not even need to mention ‘ needs of a priority customer , which made no difference with other companies anyway)
Also they openly display their investment on environment and energy saving , knowing my 25% is part of such an important project makes the business an ideal option.

Good explanations for the transfer and when it took place, with minimal loss of contacts. However, it was not explained that a submission of the PAC code after 3 pm meant the transfer of the number wouldn't take place until Monday. Furthermore, it didn't take place on Monday. A complaint by email on Tuesday prompted immediate action - and an apology - and my old number became usable.

Switching was so unbelievably easy - especially with the new digital sims. Changing my number over was efficient and went very smoothly. Delighted with the service - I have much better signal than I did with my old provider and much better value too. Best of all, I’m not now supporting an unethical company with my monthly bill.

Really happy with the ease of signing up to this mobile network. My number retransferred over quickly and signal has been flawless. Good to know the company works towards a greener future too.

Transferring to the network was effortless.
It has excellent network coverage, very competitively priced which includes giving to wildlife projects! I would highly recommend.

Easy to switch my number over and nice to know my bill is making a difference

Meaningful Planet have been extremely helpful when the crossover of my number didn’t quite work, although I am still struggling with a few functions of the phone. I would give them 5 stars except that they use EE and the signal is terrible for me. Using 4g is pretty much impossible.

The whole process of transferring was made quite simple. The variety of plans meant that I could just pay for what I need rather than being made to have lots of data for an inflated price. I've ended up saving money but have slightly more data with an ethical provider - it's a win-win. Wish I had transfered sooner.

Great customer service. No problems at all but had a quick billing query. It was sorted immediately! Such a rarity today.

I have greater coverage with my new provider and the ethos of the company is a great fit with my interest in the conservation of the UKs floral and fauna.

Fantastic service, had a smooth onboarding (with one or two hiccups) but the customer service is personal and phenomenal, so I can have no complaints. If anything I’m glad it happened as it reinforces what a wonderful organisation this is with real people and an ethical spirit throughout.

Every time I’ve had a query the small team have responded swiftly and with compassion.

Cannot recommend Meaningul Planet enough.

Such a great company to deal with anything isn’t an issue with great service. Nick was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to assist me with an issue.

Cannot rate highly enough. After years of unexpected charges, terrible customer service, being ignored, and feeling trapped I found Meaningful Planet. Still piggyback from the EE network, so the signal is fantastic, and at a fraction of the cost. I have travelled, EU data is free, oversees the phone stops and I can use my eSIM, I don’t come home to £400 bills. I feel like a valued customer and the team have been fantastic at problem solving and helping to move across. If I could provide 6 stars I would.

Fantastic service, ethical company. Really doing the right thing in a sector that doesn't always put customers first this firn does. Great plans, easy onboarding and nice clear commination. We have 2 plans with them, both work great.
