This brand is great with communicating. They let me know of obstacles at the warehouse that prohibited me from getting my order in time. They also offered me a free item off their website for the inconvenience. Customer service is amazing!! Denise was very accommodating and replied very quick.

I bought these pants because I liked the Floral print they have at the bottom; it doesn't take away too much attention from everything else. I wish the pants had a length to them instead of just buying the width of the pants and hoping when I get them that they are not too big. The second thing is I bought these pants on 11/23, and it's 12/1 now, and they have just been stuck on print made for the last couple of days. I can be patient. It's just when I bought the pants; it said 3-4 days to get delivered.

I’ve bought a variety of Mechali’s products, including hoodies, jeans, T-shirts and shorts, and they are all great. Quality is amazing and arrives quickly. Would definitely recommend.

Pants and quality are beautifully crafted. Although my only complaint would be that i got the xs and I have a 28-29 waist. They still fit loose on me but that's just a personal issue. Again absolutely beautiful jeans

The pants are too long at for 32 I’m two inches shorter then the model and I look like I’m wearing a parachute. The flowers aren’t as vibrant as advertised, I am really not happy with my purchase, they only offer store credit as refund and I don’t plan on shopping with them again.

Wish the colors would pop more on the flowers and the waist would fit a lil bit smaller but love the design and quality of the pants I got a medium but feeling like I should have gotten a small .

Pants are not true to size, and the inventory is so limited I couldn’t even exchange for a size that would possibly fit. Very disappointing

The response time was good on my order and the delivery time was reasonable. The quality of my purchase is excellent. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because my tracking communications kept having the word “green” which made me paranoid I was going to get the wrong color pants. I recommend this purchase.
