Mechanic Web has competitive pricing and excellent support. I moved over 8 websites from my prior host that were infected with Malware. Mechanic Web helped get my new websites over and they are now back to perfect and running smoothly again, completely Malware free. I have had over 10 different webhosts in my life, and I would rate this host at the top.
Have been with MW for nearly a year now. Excellent performance and knowledgeable support. The prices are competitive, and they’re transparent about what’s included. I considered switching to a larger company due to concerns about the small team behind MechanicWeb, as I need assurance of business continuity for my mission-critical site. While the larger company offered equally fast performance, there were hiccups that I never had before so I chose to revert back to MechanicWeb—small company, but tough to beat on performance!
MechanicWeb offers very fast CPUs on their hosting. Servers are well configured with carefully considered, transparent and generous resource limits.
My WordPress sites load super fast and reliability has been great. Support has been helpful, for example moving a standalone account into my reseller account and it all went smoothly.
A great choice of provider if you want cPanel, Litespeed and a focus on performance.
There's really only a couple of things to look at when considering webhosting, and Mechanicweb in my experience has aced all of them.

Speed:
Websites are quick and snappy. Page load times are great, and even admin panels for Wordpress load quick. They're not stingy with their I/O, and they use latest AMD processors with generous resource allotment. By generous, I mean industry leading. Nobody that I've found offers more resources for the money.
Support:
Support has been great to deal with. Annie is usually who I get on live chat and in tickets. There have been no problems from their end, but I've ran into my own issues that were handled in a timely manner. Their support is what prompted me to write this review after they helped me out with an issue I was having.
Uptime:
I've not had any downtime at Mechanicweb. I think I've had one short stretch of downtime, but it was scheduled maintenance and was known about beforehand.
If you're looking for a webhost, I highly recommend MechanicWeb. Personalized support, speedy websites, and high uptime have made me a longtime customer now.
I have recently joined mechanicweb as reseller. Onboarding process was smooth and they were very responsive and polite to all the questions I had ( believe me, I had many ).
Everything went smooth and all my accounts are migrated over to mechanicweb.
I can already notice a difference in site speed and hoping to work with them long term.
Support and service just not worth it - took 5+ hours and still counting to fix a downtime..

Good day!
I am sorry to know that you didn't think our support was up to the mark. Please allow me to explain the chain of events briefly.
You would probably agree that this is the first downtime during the time you are with us.
This was InnoDB corruption. If it were a simple service crash or database failure, it would have been resolved within minutes.
When we noticed the issue, the indexes got corrupted along with a few databases and MariaDB system files. System files often get corrupted during cPanel or CloudLinux updates, and they are developed and managed by cPanel and CloudLinux. So it was best to ask them to check if there was any known remedy to these issues before we tried anything.
We contacted cPanel right away. We are a certified cPanel partner, which means we get priority support compared to regular partners. They responded quickly but singled out the system file corruption and suggested taking it to CloudLinux because they maintain the repositories of those system files. In other words, there was no simple fix.
When two software vendors are involved in any troubleshooting, it can become a lengthy process to come to a resolution. We didn't want to try that and were investigating logs and evaluating potential routes to apply fixes. We had to reinstall MariaDB and delete and restore the databases to fix corruption. This took a longer period of time.
While we were troubleshooting, we were posting updates via your support ticket, live chat, and on our server status page to keep you and everyone else informed.
We have also extended your service for two additional months for the downtime caused.
I can assure you that we tried everything we possibly could to resolve this issue as soon as we could. But unfortunately, downtime was inevitable due to the complexity of the issue. I am totally satisfied using Mechanicweb, their web hosting is much faster than I have experience with previous web hosts before. They provide a great number of tools for you to implement on your websites through the cPanel (WordPress, Joomla, OpenCar). They are simply great!
