I made an order on March 24th, but I still haven't received it, in fact the order is still "being prepared". I tried reaching out through email, but haven't got any response. I read mostly positive things about this store, even for international orders, but currently I'm convinced I was scammed, money down the flush. Even if they do get back to me eventually this experience is unacceptable.

I've shopped at this store twice.
The first time was in early 2025; I ordered a mousepad. The package arrived quickly, but unfortunately, the customs officials in Spain tore my package to shreds—luckily, the mousepad itself arrived in perfect condition.
The second time, I ordered a mouse in early 2026. It arrived super fast, and luckily customs didn’t open the package.
As for customer service, I can say it’s good—they respond quickly and make an effort to be friendly and attentive.
I’ll definitely shop at this store again :)

Had great experience with the store. Amazing prices, quick support response, great after sales support and efficient shipping and they take care of all the customs.
I had an issue with firmware of the keyboard and Mechkeys sent updated files within 12h. So far, I can recommend them and will be shopping there again, too.

I reached out to MechKeys support about possibly returning a mouse, and I’m honestly amazed. They replied really fast, were really kind, and just super available for any questions I had. No automated nonsense: just helpful, patient responses from a real person.

I haven’t even gone through with the return yet, but the way they’re handling everything already makes me trust them completely. Seriously one of the best support experiences I’ve had online.

Fast delivery, great Products, my only wish would be i had such shop in my country.

Customer service was on point when asking in regards to my shipment. Good item discounts and proper service when needed.

The customer support is absolutely great. Incredibly kind, straight forward, and already had an expected shipping date! Constantly giving free codes, very helpful, and I hope I receive the product soon!

I am new to custom keyboards, so I was kinda hesitant when I found that the only sources for the YUNZII Coffee Cat keycaps were either MechKeys or another site with worse reviews.

But being brave, I went ahead and bought the keycaps.

Sadly enough, I did not receive the full keycap set.
Some keys were missing or wrongly colored.

So as one should, I hit up customer support, and I was pleasantly surprised as Lisa from MechKeys support was able to help me in an instant.
She got in contact with YUNZII and secured a bag with the correct keycaps for me.

And throughout the process, she was very friendly and transparent with me. Even asking for confirmation if the new keycaps were correct.
They also threw in a 5$ voucher for me.

So I can highly recommend MechKeys, and now happily say that I got the full set of the Coffee Cat keycap.

Bought a VGN Dragonfly F1 Pro, it's been shipped and the support is so kind and helpful. I will definetly make future purchases from here if I need to. I live in a country where shipping from abroad is kind of a pain in the ass ( aka Turkey ) but the process looks quite straightforward thanks to their help. Their work hours are weekdays as you would guess, you need to wait until it is monday for them to ship your product which happened to me since I forgot it was saturday and made a purchase lol. So in short great site, great support, prices are generally the same all around too. Kudos to them!

UPDATE: It arrived and I've been using it for 2-3 days without any problem whatsoever and hope it will be thay way

I ordered a Mchose A5 a couple months ago and it unfortunately had a quality issue, but the customer service replied so quickly to my complaint that I couldn’t be mad at it. It made me feel like they truly cared about me. They ended up refunding most of it and I ended up buying the exact same mouse and an Ajazz Ak820 Pro and I couldn’t be happier. I would 100% recommend using this site.

The keycaps are very nice.
These are the second Piifox keycaps I have, and the quality is excellent.
The most notable thing is the service from Mech Keys. The product arrived very quickly. I will definitely continue buying from this website.

So, I ordered a ordered a mouse(Zaopin Z1 Pro) from Mechkeys on 25th April. I was supposed to get it within 2 weeks but due to some shipping problems, I received it 5 days late. But, that didnt matter at all cause I was absolutely thrilled to see their support team. They replied to all my doubts and always kept me updated. The mouse itself came in great condition and I love it. It was definitely worth the wait. I highly recommend everyone to give mechkeys a shot!

Mechkeys is one of the best online stores ive ever used. They have the best customer support out of all online stores Ive tried. They are open to give discounts, their brands are all those new and budding brands that are still affordable but already give you great quality. Ive made a few purchases there already and they all hit the spot.
