My experience with MedArt Hair has been good so far.

The communication was clear, the staff were professional and friendly, and the whole process felt well organized. I felt well informed before the procedure and well taken care of on the day of the operation.

It is still too early to say anything about the final result, so I prefer to be honest about that. But regarding the clinic, the communication, and the overall experience, I am satisfied and everything was at a good level.

I am very happy. It’s going to take time to see proper results but honestly the whole process has been great. Very friendly great English from the doctors. Nice location. Nice and clean. Super helpful advice and information.

Hotel is good, food in Turkey is the best in the world. I’m Happy with everything in general. Great team at the clinic.

I had a positive experience with MedArt hair clinic for my hair transplant. I traveled from the USA to Istanbul for the procedure. From initial communication with their coordinator Bilal it was a pretty smooth process. Communication prior to procedure, airport transfer, hotel accommodation (Fairmont Qusar) and day of procedure went well. I got the procedure April 1st, 2026. Received 4000 grafts, of which 3000 grafts to crown and 1000 to top on head. Consultation with the doctor, procedure and post op day wash went well. In clinic the coordinator was Rose and she was very helpful as well.
I"m post op day 11, recovery process is going well.
The clinic has remained in contact with me for post op advisement. I would recommend Med Art Hair clinic if considering hair transplant. Best wishes.

I decided to get a hair transplant here, and I was accompanied by Lyudmila. I was satisfied with the price and the quality of communication (and, of course, its content) already at the stage of comparing clinics.

In short and to the point: I liked everything — the support and communication (I was pleasantly surprised when they checked in at night after my arrival to see if I had made it safely), the surgery itself, and so on.

Before the procedure, everything was clearly explained, and they were very helpful. The surgery went well. During the operation, I felt some pressure in my chest, and they reacted immediately and checked my heart (they had also examined it before the procedure). After the surgery, for two more days they took me to the clinic, washed my hair, and answered all my questions about what to do next.

The incisions (channels) were made by the doctor, which is very important to me.

Now I am in the post-operative period, and I’m happy with everything. Although the full result will only be visible in about a year, I have no complaints about any part of the process — I’m genuinely satisfied with how everything went.

I had an excellent experience with Medart. They were professional, responsive, and supportive throughout the entire process, which gave me a lot of confidence in my decision. Even after the procedure, they still check in with me by text to get updates on my progress, which really shows how much they care about their patients. From the initial phone consultation to the day I left, Medart had everything covered. They arranged all of my transportation — airport pickup, hotel, rides to and from the clinic — and were consistently available whenever I had questions or needed anything.

Rose was my point of contact throughout and she was excellent. Always responsive, always on top of things. The technicians and support staff were equally great — professional, attentive, and clearly good at what they do.

Before I left Istanbul, they walked me through the full recovery protocol and set realistic expectations for when to expect full growth. A few days out and they're still checking in and available for any questions.

When I first considered a consultation, it was difficult to decide where to go. However, once I actually consulted with MEDART, my hesitation disappeared and I began to feel trust. Of course, they provided a detailed and thorough explanation of the surgery itself, but even in the process of discussing the surgery schedule and travel plans, they offered maximum convenience so that the schedule could be arranged flexibly. After the actual visit, everything proceeded exactly as planned, allowing me to undergo surgery with peace of mind and receive treatment comfortably.
During the pre-surgery consultation and throughout the surgery process, they treated me kindly and made me feel at ease, so I felt no burden at all. All the staff were friendly, which was also very pleasant. Now, seven months after the surgery, new hair has grown more abundantly and faster than expected. Naturally, I am satisfied, and people around me who see me after a long time are all surprised.

Great experience from start to finish. The team was professional, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The procedure went smoothly and recovery was easier than expected. Results are coming in naturally and I’m very happy so far. Highly recommend

The things that matter most, they do exceptional well. From the VIP limo airport transportation, to the choice of hotel location, and operation was all done with highest level of professionalism.

I choose MedArt because as an Avid Costco shopper, I wanted the highest value for an above average budget. I don't know anything about Turkey and especially half way around the world in a Muslim country, this represented high uncertainty; however, I did know that Turkey was the capital for Hair Transplant. Comparing point to point features with other peer clinics, MedArt edge out their competitors in every category that matter to me. Namely, I didn't care for Tourist-friendly good english skills, average English is good enough. I didn't care for (Experimental -- my words) Stem Cell *emphasis* in any sales brochure. Nor was Oxygen Therapy important to me, as these were high speculative premium add-on features.

I cared mostly for Doctor-led and cutting edge mature techniques. MedArt had these along with the right price (not the highest or lowest). My doctor was Dr. Büşra Yakupoğlu and she did an excellent, attentive job. They were unusually attentive as a person came in and out every 5 mins to checkup on me even during the lunch break. (As later I found out, other clinics didn't do this as another patient at the hotel said a rival clinic just finish with almost left him unattended in a critical condition after he was injected with too much medicine). So attentiveness matters.

Initially I was quoted low 3K grafts, but I ended up doing 4K to cover a little more and create more density. I think we spent a whole 12 hours on a one day session for the operation.

I'm writing this review at my two week mark, and so far everything is progressing as according to plan. If I don't revisit this review with an edit in 6 months, that means I've gotten the results I expected.

Clinique très pro. Expérience très positive

J'étais personnellement très inquiet en me rendant en Turquie, difficile de savoir à quelle clinique confier cette intervention dont les conséquences peuvent être importantes tant positivement que négativement en cas de problème. Tous ces avis sur les multiples sites... difficile de savoir ce qui est authentique. J'ai donc décidé de me rendre en Turquie et d'aller voir de mes propres yeux.

Après avoir visité quelques cliniques à Istanbul, je suis arrivé à Medart. J'ai tout de suite été convaicu. La clinique est designe, accueillante, c'est propre et bien organisé. J'ai eu un entretien avec la doctoresse. Clair et sérieux. La conseillère a aussi toujours été serviable et très réactive. À ma demande, l’équipe a organisé l'intervention seulement quelques jours plus tard en profitant de l'annulation d'un autre client.

FUE+DHI environs 4'000 grafts.

Durant l'intervention la doctoresse est venue souvent pour superviser et vérifier que tout se passait bien. Elle s'est montrée très attentive et impliquée durant tout le processus. C'est un point central à mon avis et ça m'a vraiment rassuré.

Les les jours suivants se sont aussi déroulés à merveille, transports pris en charge, bandage, premiers shampooings contrôles etc... facile, efficace, clean. Pas d'infection, aucun souci pour le moment (2 semaines post intervention).

J'ai été contacté par un de leurs conseiller qui prend des nouvelles régulièrement et me demande des photos. À nouveau, c'est pro, ça fonctionne comme promis.

Honnêtement, mon expérience chez MedArt c'est un peu le best-case-scenario de ce que j'espérais trouver à Istanbul. Fiable, sérieux, attentif, pro.

Seule ombre au tableau, la barrière de langue avec les techniciens durant l'intervention et peut-être les normes d'hygiène turques qui ne sont, on ne va pas se le cacher, pas aussi élevées qu'en Europe (ce que tout le monde sait).

Le prix est aussi très raisonnable je trouve pour cette qualité d'intervention. J'imagine que c'est une conséquence de la forte concurrence dans ce secteur à Istanbul. Profitez-en.

Bref, je recommande MedArt à 100%. Gentillesse, accueil, efficacité, professionnalisme, résultat et suivi. Bravo.

Coming back after more than a year, and I think this will help multiple people who are checking on this experience. I just looked at my old pictures vs now (1+ year later) and, oh my, I totally forgot how I looked. I must say the surgery was not easy, recovery not easy but end result totally worth it. The expectation was communicated in advance I was well informed and until today I remember how great it all went. From registering and booking until drop off at the airport on the way home. If you are not sure, I will quote the Nike - Just do it. You will not regret it. btw I did the surgery on 14 Feb. Just the tool on trustpilot doesn't let me to choose the date so much in the past, but I think this type of surgery, you want to see long term effects (after a year or more).
