The course length is not so long that you lose interest. The courses were relevent to practice needs, and sources were available to further research as needed.

OT life in the school setting
Was disappointed to see all the ones not accepted in Colorado. I even took a course and didn't notice I couldn't use the credit until after I completed it. I need to be more aware of this when picking courses.

Poor support, decent software
The software is good once you get logged in. It allowed me to create a user id that was not an email address, but I couldn't login with it. Once I changed it to an email address it worked.
I found the tech support to be quite snarky and argumentative. All support was via email with no telephone support. I guess it's easier to be argumentative via email.
