Very prompt attention!

I want to say mark ybarra was amazing he got me set up with everything he was patient with all my questions and made sure I was all set up I appreciate medcerts

Thank goodness for Medcert. Without them I wouldn't have been able to renew my shotgun license as my Doctors surgery won't endorse any firearms.

Do not use this company ,
They have completely failed in getting my medical records for my shotgun renewal , they do not answer the phone or respond to emails, be warned

The application was easy & straight forward to fill in & the price was very competitive . Application was made 18/03/2025 & report arrived 14/04/2025. Excellent service. The 2nd time i have used Medcert & would definitely recommend any body requiring a medical.

I was speaking with Mark, he was very helpful and made the registration process very easy and digestible to understand. He was super friendly and kind hearted.

Terrible company, please avoid them. After waiting four months, they finally supplied a partial set of medical records that the police would not accept. They do not provide updates and are impossible to contact.

Effective updates, Police approval, plenty of contact information. Easy pleasant transaction.

My GP took ages, about a month and 15 days. But MedCert followed them up and managed to get my information. When my GP finally sent over my medical information MedCert reviewed it and i got my completed medical form the next day!

Paid 55£ to register my dog as an emotional support dog but their certificate is not valid on any of the official ESA registrations and when I asked about it I got no reply.
