Got my order within 1 day of placing it! Super quick delivery

Ho avuto un'esperienza totalmente negativa. Pubblicità in italiano.. poi entri nel sito tutto in inglese e nel momento in cui clicchi sull'acquisto di un piano di 4 settimane pagate 18 euro, in fondo scritto piccolo piccolo c'è scritto che una volta che hai acquistato le 4 settimane si attiva automaticamente un maledetto abbonamento di 92 euro (una follia) per altre 4 settimane a meno che non cancelli l'abbonamento. sostanzialmente sono dei truffatori perché se non te ne accorgi, almeno un altro mese te lo fregano. Attirano le persone con piani personalizzati a 18 euro che si trasformano in abbonamenti di 92 euro per 4 settimane. Truffano le persone, le mail di conferma del primo pagamento non avvisava dell'abbonamento e sono stata fregata con chissà quante altre persone. STATE ATTENTI E NON ACQUISTATE QUESTI PIANI PERSONALIZZATI TRUFFE!

I had a totally negative experience. Advertising is in Italian... then you enter the site, which is entirely in English, and when you click on the purchase button for a 4-week plan for €18, at the bottom, in small print, it says that once you've purchased the 4 weeks, a damned €92 subscription (insane) will automatically activate for another 4 weeks unless you cancel. Essentially, they're scammers because if you don't notice, they'll steal at least another month from you. They lure people in with custom plans for €18 that turn into 4-week subscriptions for €92. They scam people; the confirmation emails for the first payment didn't notify you of the subscription, and I was scammed along with who knows how many other people. BE CAREFUL AND DO NOT BUY THESE SCAMMABLE CUSTOM PLANS!

I signed up for a One Month Plan on 6th. February 2026 and the company made that into a Monthly Plan taking a monthly subscription on 6th March. What is worse Medical Store took a further payment of €85.98 for Personal One to One Advise which was never requested nor used. Apparently I agreed to this Digitally and should have cancelled on line on the app which is impossible to download in Ireland. However if there were a technical difficulty I could eequest a refund BUT being unable to download the app isn't considered a technical difficulty.
Avoid this company at all costs. It uses sharp practice which is tantamount to a scam and preys on elderly people.
Shame on Medical Store.

They are the worst company ever, they just renew your subscription even thoug you you TRY to communicate and when you communicate with them, you just get the same answer like its an AI writing back to you.
