Excellent service. The process wasefficient, and professional throughout. My medical certificate was issued promptly, and communication was clear and responsive.

Can thoroughly recommend this team, they were so quick to organise the Fit to Dive medical certificate I needed, replying to my emails same day and even sorted an add on after my initial cert was refused (in no way a reflection of Medical Cert UK, the place I sent it to was being a little demanding). They were much cheaper than using my regular GP for the letter (£150 vs £89 I think) and thank you to Ressel and the team for being so responsive.

This company was able to fill in a fit to fly form requested by the airline within 12 hours. We are very grateful as trying to get it completed caused a lot of stress. The company even amended the form quickly and efficiently. We only needed to answer a few medical questions.

The certificate was sent very quickly as advertised. However the dates therein were wrong. I contacted the company and they were changed but unfortunately they came back wrong again! Secretarial errors but at the cost of the certificate one expects it to be right the first time!
