The absolutely never answer the phone. You call and then get a text message saying sorry we missed you call, how can we help. I had paid the $19 and then my employer was going to pay for it. I called, emailed and text and NOTHING. Refund policy says 3 days and so much of the work done. I had not done any work as this was the SAME DAY. Now I can't get a hold of anyone to get my refund. I AM SO MAD.

Medical Prep has been really good for me. I like that it’s online and self-paced because I can work on it whenever I have time and not feel rushed. The lessons are easy to understand, and it’s helped me feel more confident about going into the medical field. I’d definitely recommend it if you want something flexible and straightforward!!! deff recommend!!

I tried to get a refund the first couple of days within the stated refund days. They refused and just took 300$ off my total price. Then the program was just pdf slides so I couldn’t even use the pop ups. Once I got to the point of needing the exam, they wouldn’t give it to me. It’s been two months and still nothing. Now I can’t even access the private chat deal to ask the instructor what’s going on. I’ve emailed them and nothing. Definitely a waste of money and a total scam.

So far so good. I had to pause my schooling because I lost my job. Medical Prep worked with me and said to just get in touch with them when I was ready to come back. Thankful they were understanding!

Amazing self-paced course that teaches me a lot about medical assitant

I've been enrolled for a couple of months now and it's amazing. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. The pace is great. Works well around a busy schedule. The content of the courses are very detailed.

I love it especially when it on my time being a busy mom 🥰🥰

Honestly, this is a great website to learn different medical fields, to the comfort of your home, easy to sign up, easy to navigate their page once registered, they also tells you to download an app so the professors can go through to the lessons altogether with their students. Overall, I liked it, and most importantly they give you the chance to sign up to modern, up to today careers, that once you graduate/get certified, you have plenty of opportunities to get a very great job, either way remotely or in office/physically. I just hope this review could help someone to decide with eyes closed this website!.

I love that the program is low cost and it’s at my own pace. I get follow up emails and text alerts about my progress and offers for help if needed.

I love the fact that it’s at my own pace! Not being in class at certain times is a huge bonus also! I loved taking notes and doing my studies on my own time as in when I got ready was the best thing ever! Great experience!!!

The course is very easy to understand and read. I think it is perfect for preparing you for the CCMA.

I like this Surgical Tech program helps me broaden my knowledge and the instructor are very helpful. Still few months to go and I can’t wait to be certified and get my career for good.

This program was a great opportunity for me. I was excited to even be apart of this experience.

I started 2 months ago and so far I really like it. I can say I have had some concerns but they do help immediately. They did renovate their new web page and going through that new portal is easier to see my lessons! Customer service helps as soon as I have an inquiry about something. So far everything is great! If you’re more self taught this program is for you.

Very good school honest helpful

So far I love this program. You can pick up where you left off and study when you can. One of the many benefits that I love about this program. Definitely recommend for anyone wanting a healthcare job and don’t wanna waste time and money on universities or college.
