The thought of becoming an agency clinician terrified me, I needed a regular wage, then, I joined MRP, they basically led me through the whole process with so much ease I wondered why I hadn’t done it before. Adam, Louie, Chelsea, Perrin, Zoe and all the other are incredible. They are professional, they support you in every way possible. Their working relationships with providers are second to none. They know the ins and out of the clinical world, they are at the top of their game. If you are considering coming over to agency work then don’t hesitate to join the MRP family. I have been with MRP for approximately 13 months. They are very professional in their communication and interaction with clients. All emails are responded to within 24hrs, majority within an hour. They make you feel very special as if you were their only client. They go to great lengths to satisfy you and nothing seem to be too much for them. I have dealt with three departments and each of them give the same high quality standards of service.

I don't normally mention names in reviews but on this occasion it would be an injustice if l don't mention Louie....does he ever sleep? He is on call 24hrs and the speed with which he responds to messages is astounding and highly to be recommended. You are a gem and a great asset to any company. Thank you for being you.

I have been working for Mrp for a year, and I have nothing negative to say. And Louie and Adam work tirelessly to make sure you get your requested shifts. Even the payroll Team are excellent, they respond to queries and get them sorted in record time. I am sure the rest of the team are just as good.👍

I have been working with MRP for the last year and have never been happier in my work life balance. Adam, Louie and the team are fantastic. They are always there to help and nothing is too much hassle for them. You always have support from other clinicians, they can answer any questions you have during and after your shift. MRP are an amazing agency/company to work for.
Adam. Louie & the rest of the team are always at the other end of the phone, day or night for support. They are professional and friendly at all times.
There is a large group of clinicians working for MRP, and have a group chat for support pre, during and post shifts. There is always someone there to talk to and discuss things with.
There is an abundance of shifts at all times, for all different 111 providers, and obtaining hours isn’t a problem generally at all. Swapping or cancelling shifts (as long as notice is adequate) is never a problem either.
Do it, get signed up, you won’t regret it!

Adam and Louie are just amazing. Very responsive. Everytime I contact Louie he sorts it out, whatever the issue he will go out of his way. Easy going agency. Cancellation and shift swap is abreeze. Would recommend JoiningMRP. Thier on boarding process is quick and Simple. Box of goddies after you join also a nice treat

Fantastic agency to work for. Both Adam and louie are on hand at any time of day whether that be to book last minute shifts or answer queries. They are very approachable and you can tell they care for their staff! If anyone has any doubts about joining- my advice DO IT! It's certainly something that I wish I had done a long time ago!

Working as a remote ANP for MRP for almost 12 months. Adam put my shifts on a rolling rota to suit me and paid weekly which is a bonus. Overall my experience of working for MRP has been really good and would recommend them to other self employed ANP’s

MEP are an agency who care for those registered with them - they are responsive to queries, always seem available and regularly ask for our opinions of those we work for. They genuinely care!

I have worked with MRP for several years, both as part of the Training & Support team with an employer and, most recently, as a clinician on their books.
At all times, Adam and his team have been so supportive, helpful and quick to deal with any problems. They are so professional and easy to approach.
When I was choosing which agency I wanted to join there was no doubt in my mind that MRP was the way to go. Adam consistently goes above and beyond for his clinicians, ensuring the best rates, availability of hours and deals with and concerns or issues quickly.
The communication between MRP team and clinicians, in my experience has been fantastic, with emails, WhatsApp group chats and phone calls.

I have worked for different agencies for several years, I've found MRP to be so supportive, understanding and always happy to help when I need shifts or for a chat. I've never felt like I'm alone there is support even on weekends and nights. Adam and the team go that extra mile to be there even if it's to support you after a difficult shift.
They're also very transparent about processes and work, I respect this alot.
