Typical bait and switch insurance company that nitpicks every single word said on calls. They have a script that you’ll have to read that is over 1,000 words long and if you miss ONE word the manager will pull you off phones to nitpick your call and take your commission away for the month. Callers are calling about food cards, stimulus checks not Medicare. This job sucked my soul dry. Another red flag, the trainer told our class about how stressed this job made her she broke out in hives and had to be hospitalized. Now that I myself have been hospitalized due to the stress and anxiety now I get it. I got tired of lying to old people so I quit yesterday.

Recently I contacted your company and there was a woman named Gabriela Viola who helped me with my issues concerning health benifit plans such as supplemental with Medicare etc! I want to report to you that I would wait for five hours on line of the phone or insist to do business with her no matter what anyone else told me or recommended to me! This girl or woman is the very best I have ever spoken to or dealt with! She even listened to my sad story of accidents and divorce and many troubles! I am a combat Veteran from Viet Nam who has 100 per cent ptsd! She thanked me for my service and showed me the most respect when my short term memory was not letting me hear and write everything down! I would like to give her 25 stars and not just five! I appreciate being listened to by the agent who helped me. She followed up with me a few times during the year to make sure I was using all of my benefits. I think she is a rock star!

I told the caller I already had coverage and was happy with it, but they wouldn't take no for an answer and kept pushing me to talk to them. I finally had to say "don't call back and hung up on them. Now I am telling you: DO NOT CONTACT ME AGAIN - EVER!

Explained all options with my present conditions

I called due to medications prices problems that I was unable to afford and the agent helped me out.

The person took the time to allow me to ask questions and listened carefully to what I needed not just pushing a sales.

I have enjoyed talking with Doug . He listens and he offers other plans that might be better than the one I have now . he’s not pushy !! and I hope he and I will be able to come up with something helpful. Thanks, Doug .
