STILL HAVE RECIEVED THE SECOND BOOK PAID FOR

Absolutely fantastic service. Purchased some urine collection packs for my disabled daughter - received them and found that 5 were incomplete. Emailed and chat this morning and 5 replacement sets received SAME DAY. Wow that’s what I call customer service - THANK YOU 🙏🤩

The item sent is not what I required, so I will have to return it for a refund but there is no receipt and there are no instructions as to how to do so.

Quick delivery and in very good condition,look very good so far i use 3 of them and they do the job as they need to.Thank you

Your website did NOT calculate delivery / shipping costs costs until After I had set out to action this order! I then saw need to CANCEL this order due to seriously High delivery / postage costs.

ALL other internet marketplaces action an automatic "calculate delivery / shipping costs" Every Time users go to their shopping basket website or update number of multiple items being purchased and click the "Update Basket" button!

The majority of Internet Marketplaces often include delivery / shipping costs within the cost of items being purchased. I ask why Medipost does NOT either include delivery / shipping costs within the cost of items being purchased or offer a very small delivery / shipping cost for very small orders (£2.50)?

The order was sent through very quickly and delivered by a very good delivery driver in a well packed package

Just ordered a seat pad from this site, because it seemed that they sell same quality for a bit more reasonable price and they had good feedback here on trustpilot too. Over all everything is OK with my order, however few things to mention, from which is first to me that they have no place to actually add your review on the site where from you bought item. I bought 20x20'' seat pad which arrived today and well in time, however I had no clue that it was already dispatched nor that it will arrive today, because they failed to inform me about it, and the seat pad is clearly 19x19'' - well I do need it and hopefully will be able to adjust to smaller size, however I would really need that additional 1 inch on each dimension and would definitely need to be informed about inaccuracy on their site before buying so - would also leave note there for others if I could. Also, they had a picture of a brown colour seat pad and I received a blue one. Plus when you look at the seemingly "cheaper" price that isn't true either, because while other sites do clearly show you if their prices were including or excluding VAT - here you get only surprised by additional cost while you are already in the process of paying. In the end, I could have bought this from elsewhere for same price but with all expected information about delivery and with the review giving option. So not at all impressed like others wrote on here.

Edit on 18 November 2022: I was threatened that this review of mine will be taken down if I do not provide further details (which further details did barely include any of the actual purchase I made, but were all my personal details such as email and phone number to send me further spam and scam later on to...) Medipost said they do not sell such item I bought. So very interesting, as they forgot to take down the webpage of it yet... (which link is not allowed to post in here of course..)
Further more, I was also given the "opportunity" to open either a Facebook or a Twitter account for them, if I wanted to communicate with them! I thought I add as much, although not sure after all, if it will stay visible for others.

Medipost is my go to provider for most of the products I need as an unpaid carer. Deliveries are prompt and the website is easy to use.

Medipost is such a boon if you are looking for anything for the Care Home. When I am asked to purchase a specific item for the households, its the fist place I look. I have yet to be disappointed with their range of products and the good value, the delivery is quick as well. We will certainly be using Medipost for the foreseeable future.

They never pick up the phone some of workers seem very lazy why doe work.there then..OK it took half to answer not on at all.yes I got through after 29 minutes.Yes I got through to a lady after 29 minutes .

Received antigen to take with me on holiday to have way return. No way to register kit AS THEY DIDNT INCLUDE THE KIT CARD!!! £90 down the drain for two kits
