I feel compelled to write about my recent experience at the hospital as the rating it currently holds is not great!

I was admitted in February and cannot fault the care that I received, the team were good and as a patient who travelled alone I feel that the care was impeccable.

The surgeon and other medical professionals were very efficient and in good sprit. I have recovered really well following my procedure and am confident that should I choose to have further procedures I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Thank you to all the staff for caring for me and managing my pain during my recovery.

I don't know where to start. Absolutely horrendous 'care'. I was tortured there after lipo & BBL, no painkillers are given except paracetamol. My regular medication was witheld. I was left bleeding in the bed. No one could speak english there, once you have signed the consent form then the interpreter disappears. I was prescribed antibiotics but didn't have any. I was told I could have no more pain relief after the paracetamol. I take 100mg tramadol 4 times a day usually. I was hysterical and writhing in the bed with pain so they gave me 50mg tramadol but then refused to ever give me painkillers after that half dose.
I had to discharge myself the day after surgery
I am happy to go into more details if anyone wants to message me. This is a really, really, really bad choice of place for any westerner

Wael and the team couldn’t have done anymore for me. They went above and beyond to make me feel at ease and understand everything every step of the way.

From arriving to departure they were fantastic.

The hospital was 1st class, clean, modern and professional throughout.

I would recommend using them to anyone and I don’t have anything I can think of I wasn’t happy with.
