BUYER BEWARE Do not buy from here, you make a online purchase, goods never arrive , they take your money and argue with you when australia post confirms the fault. Nearly a month later and no resolution….

Stay clear of this dishonest online jewelry site and learn from my experience and DONT BUY !
I purchased a silver bangle and received it on 25th November for $200AUD wrapped it up for a Xmas present for my wife.
On 25th December she opened it and loved the bangle but it was too big and unable to wear as it just falls off .
No description saying this was oversized size .
The tag on the bangle saying do not remove for refund was not touched and I quickly went back on line to refund the item only to be told I was not eligible as the 30 day time period for refunds had passed .

I emailed Medley Jewelry and again told I am not eligible for a refund despite the circumstances and the fact I only received the item 30 days before Xmas and it had been wrapped up as a surprise.
It was a surprise as the bangle would not even fit around an elephants foot never my a persons wrist .

I then requested if they could even exchange as the bangle was useless as my wife could not wear it at all as it just falls off her wrist,
I was then sent a standard reply and it was so obvious that my email had not been read .
I emailed again and sent pictures of the bangle in its original packing, with tag in place and another picture of the bangle on my wife’s wrist to show just how big it was and unwearable.
A rep from the company could clearly understand what I was saying and advised she would follow up only to reply a few days later to say the company will not refund nor will they even consider an exchange.

I can’t even sell it as it would fit no one .
I will never buy jewelry online ever again and lesson learnt. Whatever you do don’t be tempted by their deals and take a gamble as this company does not give any thought or compassion to its customers in any circumstances and all about taking your money .

Disgrace so stay away unless you like a gamble. I definitely lost amd have since bought another bangle in store from a reputable jewelry’s.

Bought a gold plated bangle and tarnished within a few months, even when kept in cloth bag and in a drawer. Also kept falling off my wrist from start. For over $200 it was a load of rubbish. I’ve costume jewellery for years and never had these problems. Sadly the warranty period was over which was 3 months. Their products are rubbish don’t buy!!!!
