At first I was hesitant about this company, but they were very careful not to make a mistake, they got my NP license for Ohio in literally one week. I loved working with Alisha Memon from Medtigo. I was working with a sense of urgency to get the licenses done in a relatively short period of time. Alisha was quick, responsive and able to meet my need. On top of that, Medtigo is more reasonably priced than many of the companies that charge outrageous amount and actually provide much poorer service. I have had colleagues with horror stories from other companies. So, I feel very fortunate to have found Medtigo and especially Alisha as my licensing agent, who has a very personalized approach for an individual physician and her/his needs.

I had a terrible experience with Medtigo’s licensing service. The process was extremely slow, unorganized, and lacked proper communication. Every step felt like I had to follow up multiple times just to get basic updates. The team seemed inexperienced and not aligned — no one took ownership of the case. For the amount they charge, I expected a smooth and professional service, but it turned into a frustrating and time-consuming ordeal. Definitely not worth the stress or the money.
