After completing the Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) courses with medtigo, I must admit they managed to steer me in the right direction. Their professionalism and top-notch material helped me become a certified BLS and ACLS professional. If you're looking to dive into the world of life support, I suppose you could give medtigo a shot.

Using Medtigo to renew my BLS license has been one of the best decisions I have made. The course modules are detailed, explanatory and easy to follow. As a visual-learner, I enjoyed the use of charts by medtigo to explain difficult concepts.

I look forward to medtigo expanding to include more courses, and recognising more health professionals like the Medical Laboratory Scientists.

Being a future Professional in the field of Biosciences & Medicine, it is essential to understand the nuances of emergency medicine & Basic Life Support (BLS) as a whole,
and so I completed this BLS course from medtigo based on the latest Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC) Guidelines which have been fruitful in my present course of study as well as I am sure will be helpful in future in the time of need.

I used medtigo for my medical licensure and it was the worst experience I’ve encountered. They asked for deposit money over three times in the course of 1 hour at very early morning hours, while most people are sleeping. I sent them all of the documentation upfront, but every time they filled out paperwork, there were multiple errors that I had to advise them to correct. Furthermore, after telling them the errors and giving them the correct information, they didn’t fix them all, and I had to correct their work again. The person appointed to me would continuously disregard my questions and corrections and ask for money. The money would have already been sent, but she wasn’t talking to the finance department, so I had to advise her to do that as well. It would take 3 -5 days to even get a response from the person I was assigned to, so I had to reach out to other people in her department. It took them over 3 months to even submit my application and I had to remind them to submit important documents before they submitted the application and they still didn’t submit the documents (the medical board informed me that they were still missing the items). This process was supposed to help take the burden off me, but it was so frustrating, they seemed incompetent and money hungry. I would never work with them again.

Excellent course content. The design of the course content is to the mark. I was well educated in the Life saving support need in my profession. One of the best courses I have come across.

Medtigo's BLS Certification was convenient, user-friendly, and equipped me with essential life-saving skills. Highly recommend for healthcare professionals seeking efficient and comprehensive training.
