Don't even think about doing business with these people. They are preying on your desperation for quick and safe weight loss.

There is no refund policy, period.

Getting out of your contract is like trying to get out of a timeshare.

When I complained that the medication that I was prescribed was completely ineffective they claimed it would be reviewed by a qualified individual. No one ever contacted me or followed up. They just went ahead and filled the prescription. When I asked what was going on they flat out lied and said my prescription has been adjusted accordingly. When pressed for specifics no actual changes had been made.

They sent it to the pharmacy, expecting me just to take another month's worth of ineffective treatment, So wouldn't have to eat the cost of not caring enough to follow up.

After many phone calls and completely losing all confidence and trust, I decided to cancel my prescription.

Trying to cancel the prescription is like going to a timeshare seminar, they will talk endlessly, escalate and repeat until they can wear you out and you give up. At the final boss level, I was told flat out. They stopped honoring a refund policy long ago. Despite the fact that if you check out their website, the refund policy says "The only thing you have to lose is your weight"

Also, be aware that they use compounding pharmacies. Look into the controversy of compounding pharmacies making glp drugs and decide for yourself.

Treatment ineffective in my case and they were unconcerned.

Hides auto renewal and holds on to your money if you try to cancel. Customer service keeps going back to citing their policy and refuses to refund any charges on your credit card. Stay away from this company.

This company is the WORST! Terrible customer service. Never received product. Called for cancellation and refund. Would not give refund and told me I had to reactivate my subscription to get refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Medvi continued charging my credit card $399 even after I paused the service. They state that they have a NO REFUND policy. Since the service was paused, they were not authorized to charge my credit card. That refuse to refund. The product was never sent to me for the month payment was collected.

BUYER BEWARE with MEDVI ! Buyer Beware applies heavily with this company. I placed an order for the first time but then requested within an hour of welcome email to cancel the order. The provider had not even approved the order at that time. The welcome email said the provider would take 2-3 business to review for approval. Nope. Four hours later, I received an email from a nurse practitioner with the approval. Meanwhile, I had been charged before the NP's approval. Eight hours later from my initial order, I received their email confirming cancellation of "subscription". I had understood that the order was canceled since that was my explicit request and you cannot obtain medication without a subscription. Nope. Wrong again. Those two things are different according to Medvi. Then I received a UPS notification that a shipment from a pharmacy was scheduled for next day delivery. There was no way to stop the shipment in progress or get a full refund. The approval was rushed and doses ordered without discussing with patient. These are major red flags if you value your health. My advice- go see your doctor and avoid these online weight loss medication facilitators. It will cost you the same, but you have a true doctor addressing your health concerns. For an update, the company did reimburse a portion of the payment after escalating my concerns. But buyer beware still applies.

This company ripped me off. I didn’t qualify for the original 4 part drug. I qualified for 1/2 the drug, 2/4 meds. I demanded a refund and they are refusing me a refund. Their site says 100% money back guarantee. I working with my attorney to sue for the refund. As it turns out they never asked for a list of meds I take. My own doctor told me there were contradictions other all 4 of the meds so I can’t take it anymore…and Still no refund. It’ll end up in court.

Do NOT GO WITH MEDVI! They false advertise. Took my money asap, then email me about all these labs I'll have to do to stay on meds. I have no insurance so now I have to pay for lab work. They refused to cancel my order 12 HOURS AFTER I ORDERED IT. They took my money, wouldn't refund me, won't shut down my profile which has my credit card info and they say someone will call you in 24 to 48 hrs LIES!! THIS IS A BOGUS COMPANY RIPPING PEOPLE OFF! I'M STILL FIGHTING TO GET MY PROFILE DELETED 2 DAYS LATER!!

Very deceptive, and when you want to speak to someone to explain clearer they claim no one is available. I am so dissappointed . When I signed up I was misled with an introductory price then hit imediately after with a higher Bill. Upon speaking with a gentleman todsy he says I signed for it. I said ok if I did then please send me a copy. He kept going around and around the world I said do you have the proof Yes? or No? Still BS. So then he sends me to someone else who talks extremely fast and low.. Accents do not bother me but I knew I was being decieved again she tells me they have a Senior progam that has a $50 discount.. Oh well I'm still the same age I was when I signed up. So I clearly ask if this is off the price I payed for this month she speaks low and fast and says yes. So we continue talking I ask the same question again she answers yes so I tell her I don't believe it I need a letter confirming our conversation. She then sends a vague letter nothing about what we said only referring to the $50.00. I then email her back because I'm not that stupid and ask is this off the amount I prevously paid she says its off of $399.. I was livid.. I said cancel me know I will not use a company that allows their employees to lie. I know compounded medication is expensive and I'm not trying to get omething for nothing but, If I am honest with them when I signed up I expect the same honesty in return.. BEWARE PEOPLE..

Stay away!!!! MEDVi is a US based company. However when you sign up you are transferred to customer svc all over the world; Russia, India you name it!?
You are always refused to speak with a super or manager. You need to first escalate your concern and then they will sometimes contact you. Never immediate help!!
It’s a scam company. They make you believe it is all US based with immediate help. Nurses are always busy and it takes weeks for appt. Nothing is right away!!
The people document their file making themselves look good even when mistakes are being made. So many different have documented my file they are lost. And again the only person who can help, a manager, has not called me.
Also when you cancel you lose any money you have already paid. They cancelled my subscription even though I had months of medication left. They do not refund!!!!

I was very happy the first month after paying 1k for 3 months of prescription of GLP1. The 2nd month I filled out my refill form after 3 weeks and now noone can tell me when I will receive my 2nd month. I was promised today which will be 7 days after I filled out the form and now I am told they have no idea when I will get it and I am leaving the country next week. I would not recommend this company at this point. I am out $700 and strandied on my GLP1 journey.
