Horrible customer service
Completely unorganized. Cancels appointment randomly without any clear next steps. Forgot to have me fill out patient intake forms so the provider and I, both found out during the first call (and she didn't even know it was an initial appointment since Medzino scheduled it last minute and maybe did not provide her with details).
After the call I keep following up for prescriptions and they need to complete 3 more forms. Ok I do them and keep following up and I am being told that they are waiting for my old doctors to send them my medical doctors. At the 2 week mark after my initial appointment, I write them an angry email and they are like OOPS there was a mistake and the old doctor information is missing which just indicates that they killed 2 weeks without doing any work.
90% of the time no one answers the phone or calls back. They do not reply to text messages 100% of the times (which they encouraged to use).
I am at 2 weeks after my appointment without a prescription and still have 0 clue when they will give out my prescriptions.
The only silver lining here was the doctor I worked with. She was great, and i am sure she has to deal with Medzino's lack of competence as well.
Good service with supoort
Overall my experience has been great with Medzino. Anytime I have issues or questions I send a text to their number(even outside of business hours) and 9 times out of 10 I get a response once their office is open. If I don't get a reply, their office always answers my calls.
My visits are always quick, to the point, and on time.
The price is a bit steep for me, I wish it were around $75 monthly.

Super easy site, very grateful for it. I'm able to get my blood pressure medicine very easy without having to go to the doctor's office and awesome it gets delivered. Good pricing and very affordable.

Second month in a row MEDZINO.com is again charging our bank account for the subscription we canceled. Cost us our Christmas shopping last month waiting for the refund that we had to work, for free to obtain, calling less than helpful staff. Not worth the trouble. Canceling credit card is the only answer it seems. Such a costly mistake for our family doing business with them.

Very simple process
Very simple process. I wanted to try a different statin without going to my PCP. Provided basic personal, health, and past prescription information, with photos of self, ID, and past prescription. They approved the prescription request and mailed out in a business day or so. Got my new statin in a week, and was happy with it. Had a lab test done after switching to the new statin, and I was happy with the lab results..
Three months later and time for a refill... just pressed the re-order button, all of my information was saved from the first time I filled it out, and so I was able to complete the refill process in under 3 minutes.
I will continue to use Medzino, just wish they had an auto-refill option... but considering I only need to do it four times a year, only a few minutes, no complaints, happy customer!

So the actual process worked fairly…
So the actual process worked fairly well. They were quick they got the prescription approved they even shipped it out within a relatively short period of time. I was quite hopeful.
My complaint is actually in the way they do their free shipping. UPS ideally takes the package most of the way and then USPS takes it the last leg. My experience with that kind of shipping is that the package almost always gets delayed or lost entirely. So I wish I had known that before I checked out and chose the free shipping option.
We are within the eight days as tomorrow is day 8 but for the past 4 days my package has been 45 minutes from my house in limbo. UPS no longer is transporting it but USPS also doesn't have it. So at the moment nobody technically has my package. And again this is not necessarily a complaint about the company. It's just the way they do their free shipping.
I will update this when I get my package. I just wanted to feel better I didn't want to have to battle two different shippers but I'm anticipating that that's what I'm going to have to do. Hopefully the company will be responsive if it doesn't arrive by tomorrow and they can help me.
So this would have been a five-star experience had I got in my package because the company on its end did fantastically. But because I was not made aware of the way they do their free shipping before paying (though it may be on the site if you dig deep enough) I am a little upset. I would have never chose to allow multiple shippers to handle my package because as I said my experience with that in the past has always been a delayed or missing package
*I do want to edit that I wrote the company to also say this just in case they didn't see it here and they did immediately get back to me that they heard my suggestion and that they appreciate me reaching out to them. So that is very promising and makes me feel secure that even if the shipping situation doesn't work out they will make sure everything is okay. I will use the expediated option next time.
