This was my first time trying this company and the was a Valentine's gift for my wife. I ordered my item on February 1st, and as of this writing, it has been 13 days since and I have not received my item, or even an update on the status of it. I even wrote to them asking for a status update and again received nothing from them. I will be cancelling my order and never using this company again.

This product manages to look great while still being genuinely practical. The design adds personality and style, but nothing interferes with usability. It feels intuitive to use, comfortable, and visually pleasing at the same time. That balance is hard to achieve, but it’s done very well here.

I purchased a hat as a valentines gift for my husband on January 13th. It is February 9th now their tracking is useless. 3 days ago I sent an email on support other than an automated response we have your email i have heard nothing from the company. I sent follow up query this morning but I guess I will have to dispute charge with my bank. I advise you use caution in purchasing my personal experience has not been good
