Order Place - Nothing Received

On December 13, 2025, I placed an order and paid for premium shipping. It is January 13th, and I've yet to receive the order. I created a support ticket and was told my order is on schedule and received an apology for the delay. The support ticket was created on December 24th. It is now January 13, and no response, no package delivered, no updates or replies on a possible ETA despite reaching out multiple times once on January 4, once on January 8th and again today. I've tried calling using the number on the website and it says my call cannot be completed as dialed. The lack of communication is unacceptable and the response time so poor. And I am left with a charge on my CC for over $200.00 for what I ordered.

Ordered a cell phone wallet case and…

Ordered a cell phone wallet case and was sent a totally diff case. Filed claim with Paypal to get a refund. Meear said cancel claim as resolved and they would immediately refund my money. Guess what? You guessed it…no refund and it’s been days since I can’t file another claim as this was closed. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Still have not received my full order

Still have not received my full order, and no surprise they keep telling me their looking into it, REALLY how long does it take to look over somebody's order and figure out they only sent part of it. They didn't have a problem accepting my money for the order but now no response, no refunds and still I'm left with half my order. See something wrong with this picture? You would think this company would figure out unhappy customer's is bad for business, but by their not wanting to fix this problem they ignore it. It's all about the money with this company.

I placed an order on 12/1/25 to arrive…

I placed an order on 12/1/25 to arrive before christmas. It says picked up and not delivered on 12/27/25 according to the tracking link provided. I have never received the item nor picked it up from anywhere. I have been trying to contact Meear through their site. I have created a ticket and added comments. No one has responded at all and its been almost 2 weeks. I think this company is a scam.
