After starting to deduct no updates at all you only get the statements from the company that is deducting.If you have challenges its hard to get help its unlike the first time the want you to join them.The person who were there at the beginning don't even border himself about the service you get.

I have asked my status they told me I'm up to date the next thing they call me to inform me my policy is lapsed.i asked my statement im still waiting for it. The only thing I did I reversed my last payment because I needed money urgently of wich I know I'll pay double payments

They just make adjustments all the time on my account. The monthly charge is R350. I iused to stay in an apartment bigger than this one and my total monthly bill for water and electricity was R500 - R580 a month.

Mrs Hendricks was very help in removing me from Debt Review. Meerkat is quick and efficient in delivery. I highly recommend their services to anybody who is need of their service offerings.

Management skills is so poor they don't even know what their doing. There's no structure in place everything is just a mess the systems etc. There's no unity and a lack of motivation, I believe you work well if you're being supported

The company is useless. They use SMS as correspondence instead of usual letters to prevent clients from obtaining cover elsewhere as a result of their uselessness

You don't send reminders to customers like freedom life cover did, they sent us reminders when our policy is 3weeks away to lapse yet you just send an sms stating it has lapsed with no warning. Freedom handled us way better. I just hope with how you run your business you dont lose customers 🙄🙄

I starred the policy in 2018 and was doing good all the years until 2022 when I was told my policy lapsed because of missed payment that I was not even aware of that you say happened in 2021

I submitted a claim will all docs required but i still need to have a proof that my uncle is my uncle

Meerkat help me a lot by adding my extended family that i left out,and doesn't even raise my Premium iam stil paying R135 per month iam so greatful.

I had a policy with Freedom Life Insurance and recieved a message that Meerkat has taken over the policy . First it’s policy increase and secondly they told me my policy has lapse how so I don’t understand because they debit every month . I recieved an sms stating that my policy have been reinstated and in order for me to claim I must pay monthly fees for six month n wait for six months for me to claim . Really not happy with their service it’s not servicing us as it should . Extremely disappointed
