A complete scam and when you try to cancel your subscription, it becomes impossible to do so. They then demand money threatening court action if not paid. This company should be brought to court or perhaps action could be taken by the BBC or National Crime Agency or other official organisation.

The site is an absolute scam if I could give it lower than 1 I would. Don't waist your money. The ladies just want to swap to email. Then they want money or you to go to another website to video call, or get some dating id card and I have found i am getting emails from ladies on other sites I have never been on, it's only started after I stupidly signed up . Stay clear

A scam company. Paid some money initially but my credit card company got it back. I received an email that said my membership had been cancelled. Several months later received a note. Looks like some sort of lawyer is buying their debts. They incorrectly stated they had been trying to contact me regarding some form of debt...i have received nothing from any of these companies.Tried to email the lawyer for more information, but the UK email company refused to send the email they had given me, as it was a spam email address. I await for them to give me more information.

This siteis owned by dblast ch / Dateblaster AG and frankly it is a scam. Even if you manage to cancel your membership they still take money via your credit card. I received written confirmation of my cancellation but they still charged my credit card for another months subscription. My credit card provider claimed the money back but now dblast seemed to have sold the debt to some lawyer in Germany who is now asking for money . It’s a complete nightmare but I will not pay and I am waiting for this case to come before the British Courts when I will be seeking my costs and some compensation for the hassle and any damage to my credit rating. It is only by challenging these people directly will they ever learn what honesty and integrity means when it comes to operating a consumer service. Don’t let them frighten you into payment.

Due to personal circumstances I was tempted to join this dating website as, their was a cooling off period of 14 days. Shortly after signing up I realised that the site was a scam based in Switzerland and requested a return of the subscription. I was then advised by email that this was not possible and the membership would cease on quarterly renewal date.
E Mails advising me of a hot match arrive but, it only says make contact and the hot message is never directly from the interested party.
The whole concept is a total scam and I urge anyone joining to not bother and waste money.
Not a genuine dating site for sure.
If I could give negative rating I would.
I would never renew a membership on this site or any affiliated sites run by this Swiss Company.
As a warning if you complete a profile and then decide not to make a payment or, have second thoughts they will pursue you for payment.
