We have had a very positive experience with MeetMyCoach. The tutors are patient, knowledgeable, and really understand how to work according to the child’s learning style. The classes are interactive and well structured, and we could see improvement in confidence and academics within a short time.
The team is also very responsive whenever we need to reschedule or discuss progress. Classes are flexible and affordable compared to many other options.
Overall very happy with the support and would definitely recommend MeetMyCoach to other parents looking for online tutoring.

Please do not enroll your kid in Meet My Coach because the founder is the biggest scammer and fraudster. He is not paying to the teachers or to employees or to any lead generation partners. From past 2-3 months most of the employees didn't get their salary so whether it is teacher or any team members all have decided they will not work for this fraudster.
I request the enrolled parents to take back their money.
He asked the customer to put 5 rating and he will give them discount

Meet my coach The tutoring itself is great, we really liked our daughter tutor Parminder mam - she is very, engaging and firm. Renee has improved a lot after only two months into and we can see her doing her homework on her. Great and affordable sessions. I recommend to everyone

We’ve been using Meet My Coach online tuition for my son’s coding for almost a year now, and we’re extremely happy with the experience. The coaches are highly talented, professional, and genuinely understand the individual needs of students. They regularly take feedback and actively work with parents to tailor the learning approach, which makes a huge difference. My son has grown in confidence and skills, and it’s clear they truly care about giving each child the best possible support. Highly recommended!

Poor customer service. They don’t know how to work on a schedule or respect the client. After giving a time to the client then they are looking for a teacher.

My experience with meetmycoach has been positive. Our 11y old son learns AI and coding from one of their best teachers, and thoroughly enjoys the sessions. The teacher is fantastic, extremely knowledgeable, and is able to infuse a passion for learning in our kid. He is always on time and never misses a class. MeetMyCoach is a globally run SMB, while they might improve their scheduling mechanism etc., they are extremely responsive and the owner himself is hands-on, thoroughly engaged, humble and genuinely cares for learning vs making a profit. The attractive pricing model, timing flexibility makes this an even more affordable option for kids opting for after school classes or help with any subject. Highly recommended.

Our 11 year old and 9 year old are both enrolled in coding class. The tutor is good. He is quite patient especially with our 9 year who is new to coding and he appears to be very knowledgeable in the subject.

Meetmycoach offered helpful tutors for my child in Maths and English. When we had any problems their team was quick to respond. Regarding funds and scheduling everything was done to a thorough degree with no issues. I thank MMC for this wonderful experience

Our experience with MeetMyCoach's U.S. operation has been thoroughly disappointing. They frequently fail to adhere to schedules, and there’s an unsettling pattern of constantly changing instructors. One instructor even mentioned he hadn’t been paid by MeetMyCoach, and subsequently missed a scheduled session.

Despite numerous follow-ups, we still haven’t received the promised refund. To make matters worse, the company seems unable to process refunds via PayPal — likely due to being blacklisted because of widespread customer complaints.

We are deeply dissatisfied with their service and would not recommend it to others.

Very responsive and friendly. They understand customer needs and provide services as soon possible. My daughter has started learning chess from Meetmycoach.

Based on your response on 06/02/2025, I could understand that you are responding here without knowing the facts and concerns.
1. English class that was scheduled on 04/29 at 6 PM PST was not happened due to zoom link issue. I have requested RM to reschedule the class as it is technical issue. This class was not rescheduled till date. Hope you understand the concern.

2. I have stopped Math classes in mid of March as I was not happy with the classes progress. Requested for refund for the remaining classes. RM and CEO mentioned that amount will be refunded with in 60 days as per the process. I did not receive any refund till date even though it more than 60 days.

Could you please explain what issue you have tried to resolve out of these two mentioned above and what is the status on those?

Please don't pass the statements as if you resolved the issues but customer is not satisfied.

If you are planning to stop English classes going forward, please do that and make sure you process the refund for the remaining classes.

I’m extremely satisfied with Meetmycoach ! The instructors are not only knowledgeable but also incredibly patient and engaging with kids. The variety of academic, cultural, and hobby-based classes is impressive, and my child looks forward to every session. A truly enriching and enjoyable experience — highly recommended!

The meetmy coach is having worst customer service. They are organizing the classes and not willing to give my refund. I tried to contact them many times but no result. Having many issues with them and frustrated with them .the classes were also not good.

Very worst service. We had paid for 72 classes together and the teacher doesn’t have a
Curriculum not joining class most of the days.

Meetmy.coach has over 50 subjects from music to maths, from poetry to pottery. They have over 4500+ qualified coaches and at $10-12/hr are a great value for money with quality learning.
My son is learning Maths & English. They are a new company and although they are not perfect they are quick to learn from their mistakes.
I recommend them. Wish them a great future ahead.

I signed my son up for a coding class. The instructors usually failed to show up or showed up late. I had to change two or three instructors because they tend to quit. They assured my son he would get a certificate of completion. But when we said we were not signing my son up for more classes, they went silent and had no certificate of completion. Stay away from them. Shysters.
