Quality and design on website different from reality.
Order placed for particular design harnesses and received the wrong design/products. On being contacted they said they did not have the required fabric so shipped what they had, in a plain design while I paid for a better design. A week later one of the harnesses started shredding. They refused to take back the wrong product instead offered a 10% discount for the inferior product which I told them to keep for themselves. Don’t buy from them, they don’t even have a phone number to contact on their web page. Email replies are random.
