Unreliable Fraud Solicitors
Worst customer service and overall experience. The staff will respond to you only until they have received money. Once they receive money, staff will not take your call or reply to your messages. Solicitor Fraz Ahmed represented very well/professional attitude but didn’t reply back after the payment. They didn’t supply the basic information required for my case and later promised me to fix their mistakes but then ghosted me completely.

Meliora Legal’s solicitors regularly go missing on scheduled dates, fail to respond to emails and calls for 10–14 days, and do not begin work on your case during the first three and a half months. The company director fails to supervise the staff and engages in the same behavior.

I find it difficult to understand how a professional and highly educated person Mr Fraz Ahmed with his team, Anas and Faraz Nawaz can conduct business in this manner. Before receiving payment, he presents himself as a sincere, respectful, and trustworthy individual who appears genuinely committed to helping clients. However, once payment is made, the level of service changes completely, and it feels as though your case is no longer a priority.

He showed little regard for the commitments and promises he made, and there was a clear lack of accountability for the quality and timeliness of his work. In my experience, there was no respect for either his word or his professional responsibilities.

Overall, the service was disappointing and caused unnecessary delays, frustration, and expense. Based on my experience, I would not recommend him to anyone seeking reliable professional assistance.
