One star is too much. Dreadful, dreadful service. Ordered a floral arrangement/hamper for an 80th birthday gift for 30 May - arrived 3 June. It was an'OK' bouquet of flowers, a packet of water crackers and an empty jar. The recipient didn't know how to respond. I have been in continual communication with this mob trying to rectify the situation. There have been many messages saying it will be fixed.......... waiting! 28/07.......waiting! 'Oh, we are out of stock' ....... of what? Water crackers? Empty Jars? Outraged after a month of trying to be reasonable I finally got onto a human who treated me like a fool. Nearly two months now so I'm finally letting loose however I can. I wish I had seen the other reviews because they are damning. This is one shonky dog - stay clear.

Absolutely rip off, should be zero stars. Took my money then stated flowers couldn’t be delivered due to a logistics problem, please!

FIND ANOTHER FLORIST. I wanted a local same day flower delivery to Bowral. I received an email saying a) it couldn't be delivered as it's outside the delivery area! b) not same day! and c) not the same flowers I selected! I called to discuss this with them and all they do is put me on hold and will not talk to me. I have called 12 times, spoken to 5 people, written 5 emails. They refused to cancel and refund. They’ve ignored their own refund policy and make up what they can/can’t do. Reported to Fair Trading and ACCC. Scam artists in my opinion

Ordered an arrangement 2 days out from the date required on their website. I should have read the previous reviews. I would NOT have used this florist if I had.
Flowers were not delivered until after 6pm, do they use UBER as their delivery agent ? Does the courier driver have a day time job elsewhere hence only able to deliver early evening?
The arrangement looked nothing at all like the arrangement advertised.I feel that this site has hijacked photos from a legitimate site and is using these purporting that this is what they offer. Wrong!
If I could have I would have given a score of 0.
I spent nearly $120.00 which was an upscale price. No where can I see the value. A very misleading website.
It would be a good thing if this site Trust Pilot had the option of adding photos so that the misleading by these people could be seen. To be honest,I am disappointed in myself that I made a mistake in choosing this so called florist.

I was hung up, flowers should have been delivered two days ago! So I have no idea when my flowers are going to be delivered.

WHAT RUBBISH. WISH I HAD FOUND THE REVIEWS Before I ORDED. GOOGLED A LOCAL FLORIST AND A FEW POPED UP FOR THE AREA. PLACED AND PAID FOR MY ORDER. GOT A CALL THE NEXT MORNING, DAY OF DELIVERY AND THEY COULDNT DELIVER TILL THE NEXT DAY. THIS COMPANY IS UNCONTACTABLE AND ALL BLOODY INDIANS!!! Have reported them to the ACCC. Bloomex and Mel’s florist who is based in Homebush and all under the same number. SCAMMERS!!!!

This cheeky company asks for a $ tip ?! Birthday flowers took five days to reach recipient who lives in a suburb between Brisbane and the Gold Coast , I asked for a refund and were told they were in transit . Not good enough people

I ordered the blue hour flowers deluxe size on the 2nd of July for next day delivery. Flowers were sent on the 3rd and received on the 7th of July. They were 2 x small half dead bunches of pink roses. Absolutely nothing like the picture online. I received emails stating my order from “Bloomex” was on the way, where I thought I had ordered from Melsflowers.
I received an email regarding that the order ‘did not meet the required delivery zone’ and they would substitute the flowers or add a gift of same value, which was a box of cheap biscuits and no flowers.

Would not recommend. Please do not waste your time with this scam of a business running under two names.

Avoid at all costs. Couldn't deliver on time ( a whole week late when queried where the flowers were!) and when you cancel because they couldn't deliver on the day you wanted they charge you a cancellation fee.

I ordered flowers for my mothers birthday who had just had a knee replacement and it took 6 days for delivery. They also weren't delivered to her house, they dropped them at a post office for collection. My mother can't drive due to knee replacement which I explained and they said not their problem. Once my Mum got them they were dead. I was offered replacement bunch which I received but were tiny and nothing like I had ordered. I tried calling multiple time only to be hung up on and got no where with Bloomex chat. I keep receiving automated email replies when I email about a refund. The page states AUS wide delivery which is not the case.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY OR BLOOMEX

Apparently flowers I ordered not in stock , unable to deliver next day , after accepting and taking payment via website . 5 days later still no delivery - and this is a sympathy bouquet !!!!
USELESS - refuses to refund also

Do not use this company, they do not fulfil the same-day delivery. Thankfully, I was able to receive a refund through PayPal immediately even after I was told by Mel‘s flowers that they could not refund my order. Stupidly enough they still delivered the flowers five days later, which looked nothing like the bouquet that I had ordered anyway and I had to tell the recipient about the drama so that they didn’t think I would send them such a poor quality bunch of flowers.

I wish I read the reviews before placing an order. Paid an extraordinary amount for same day delivery, flowers never arrived nor have heard back with an updates. I have called and emailed asking for a refund and no communication back. DO NOT order through them they are a scam!

Iam flabbergasted at the number of complaints about Mels Florist/ Bloomex.
We went on line to order.They said they delivered to Broken Hill same day .
Their floral arrangements online looked lovely!
Our nightmare started with a message from Bloomex saying delivery to Broken Hill would be 1-5 days.
5 days later in spite of Auspost tracking the " fresh" flowers had still not been delivered.
We contacted them & were told the flowers hadn't been shipped yet !
1 week after ordering the flowers were delivered to our friend in Broken Hill.
Our friend sent photos of withered,"sad" looking flowers & said that they had started to "smell".
We contacted Mel's Flowers with photos of the sad, smelly flowers, asked for a refund which they refused. We were told another arrangement could be sent to Broken Hill.
We asked them to send the replacement arrangement to our address as we didn't trust them.
A day later the courier delivered a sad, skimpy, withered bunch of flowers to our address .
I wouldn't even pay for a skimpy, withered bunch of flowers at the local supermarket Also the glass jar that came with the arrangement was too small.

How embarrassing & humiliating that we couldn't even trust Mel's Flowers/Bloomex to deliver a fresh bunch of expensive flowers to a friend who had just come home after being in ICU.
This company is a scam & don't deserve to be in business.
They have left us feeling very disillusioned & wary about any online florist.
It's very difficult to say anything positive about Mels Flowers/Bloomex. A score of 1 is wrong & not indicative of how we feel about their disgraceful floral arrangements & poor customer service 👎

Partner spent 150NZD on flowers that were delivered to the wrong address in the wrong town. Flowers also not as pictured.
Customer service hung up on my partner twice and refused to engage. Furious. These SCAM ARTISTS should be shut down immediately. They are criminals.

I ordered flowers for a good friends 40th. I paid for next day delivery. The cost was $120. The flowers arrived 5 days later and the state of the mess of weeds that was delivered was embarrassing. I was actually mortified. I contacted the company afterward, no response.

I ordered a super sized just because bouquet, shown in the pictures as having vibrant floral colours, to surprise and delight my daughter. What actually arrived was a crappy bunch that looked like they'd been picked out of the bin, stuffed into a jar, and made it seem to my daughter like she wasn't worth getting anything decent for. This has done actual real damage to my relationship with her, for which I will never forgive Mel's Flowers Australia. And you know where you can stick your $20 store credit. The chat response has gone silent on me and I am beyond disappointed. If I could give zero stars I would. Anyone using this service needs to get their head read. It's deceptive and beyond useless. All I can say is that they did get delivered the same day but when what you're delivering is not what was ordered, it's hardly a benefit.
