Would give zero stars if possible. Video by Henry Blofield not delivered when I bought it for my friend's recent wedding. Zero response to 4 emails to Memmo's "customer service" address. £100 out of pocket and a very disappointed friend. Shocking.
Dreadful customer experience
Dreadful customer experience. The talent made an error recording the video they submitted which meant it was only a couple of seconds long. I flagged this with the support email and messaged on social media and received no response.
Luckily I was resourceful enough to track down the talent direct and they were very happy to rectify the problem. I would never recommend this company.

Jeg købte en video af Frederik Fetterlein med hurtig levering til 500 dkk kr.
Frederik svarer ikke indenfor 24 timer og memmo melder mig så, at købet desværre fejlede.
Siden da har jeg ikke fået mine penge tilbage og har har skrevet til dem utallige gange på både Facebook, på deres supportmail (her har de skrevet support 24/7 — det kan man sgu ikke mærke) og nu har jeg sågar skrevet til ejeren, som jeg håber svarer mig. Aldrig har jeg følt mig så snydt før… og normalt skriver jeg aldrig dårlige anmeldelser, men føler mig SÅ ignoreret…
Schlechter Kundenservice- schlechtes Video
Haben ein Video von Calvin Kleinen bestellt - er hat sich die Anweisungen offensichtlich erst während des Videodrehs durchgelesen und somit ist das ganze Video sehr unangenehm anzusehen, viele Pausen und "ähms". Man sieht, dass er abliest was als nächstes kommen soll. Die Anweisungen waren nicht schwer, mit 30 Sekunden Vorbereitungszeit wäre es sehr easy gewesen. Zusätzlich haben wir extra geschrieben, dass wir das Video im Querformat benötigen, haben es allerdings im Hochformat bekommen. Auf Anfragen an den Kundenservice, kam einfach keine Rückmeldung.
No response to cancellation, no replies to emails, still want your money
According to internet research, the company doesn't seem to be the same anymore and apparently doesn't have any customer support yet. There's no other way I can explain why neither my cancellation nor my emails were answered; instead, the previously (within the permitted period) canceled video was still sent and demands money for it. There wasn't even an automatic confirmation of my emails to customer service, which all seems dubious and unprofessional to me.
Awesome Experience
I couldn’t figure out how to leave a review on the website and when I asked them how to leave a review I didn’t hear back.
But I had a great experience. I ordered a birthday message from Rud Stewart. It was hilarious. Really made the birthday girl’s day. We will die laughing about this for years to come. Best present I bought in years and it only cost the price of a humble or modest lunch. Highly recommended.

Do not use!
I used Memmo for Christmas 2022 and when something went wrong with my order they were quick to react and sorted it which was great. The company then went BANKRUPT and got rid of all their customer support staff. (i contacted their ex-head of customer support who was let go). The company got taken over by some Swedish millionaires who have shown no sign of refunding requests and are pocketing your money.
It’s amazing they are allowed to still operate, I lost £80.
Do not use, head to Cameo for a good service. I’m sure it can go well for celebrities who actually respond but for an expensive service can you afford the risk?
I have contacted UK Consumer Watchdog about this company.

Talent didnt do video in the alloted time BUT did do CAMEO videos in the same timeframe. I submitted same request to the same talent on CAMEO - he did it within 7 hours and it was brilliant. That right there tells me it wasnt the talent but the platform. Wont use memmo ever again.

Support no help; talent didn't do video
Support no help when talent didn't complete the video (all I got was a video explanation they were late doing it, but that I'd actually get it). I emailed support but they never got back to me until 5 days later, said I'd get the video, but now 2 weeks later and I've got nothing, no refund as requested and the talent isn't on the site any longer. Poor site and poor support compared to Cameo. DON'T use Memmo!
Felaktig memmo & urkass kundtjänst
Beställde en memmo från Crippa som blev helt fel. Blandade ihop namnen så filmen inte gick att använda. Skickat två mail till Memmo kundtjänst som inte svarat på något av mailen. "Pengartillbaka garanti" är ju rent påhitt!
Waited 7 Days Gor Norhing…Literally
I ordered an Elsa impersonator video for my 3 year old niece who is in the hospital with cancer. I waited 7 days and got a message that, unfortunately, no video was created (“life got in the way”). It would have been nice to know that a week earlier so I could have gone elsewhere. I gave them 2 stars since they did offer a 24 hour turnaround on another video but there isn’t another one that looked professional. Tick tock people!

Stay clear!!! Talent, unfortunately didn’t read the input provided properly! Artiest got the name wrong!! Honest mistake that could’ve been resolved quickly and the recipient would’ve had the most amazing 80th birthday present. HOWEVER, if you have an issue with this company, they will not respond, as you’ve probably seen with other reviews here. If everything goes well it’s fine but if it doesn’t you are left with a video which isn’t suitable for the recipient meaning quite often you need to buy them another gift. I absolutely don’t recommend this company who will take your money Assuming everything is going to be okay if it is not okay, they simply don’t care. They don’t even have the courtesy to respond to you. You have been warned. Stay away people. Crap crap crap

It has been 3 months and I have not received my video or heard back from support once. Have sent multiple emails (as this is the only way to contact them) and no response over a 3 month period.

Jade was amazing & sounded like Kylie Minogue All of my guests were transfixed. Jade put so much diligence into her performance & with the backdrop & stunning lighting show & just for one song. Her rousing rendition of 'On A Night Like This' was truly stupendous & that belting middle 8 vocal was Wow Wow Wow Wow. Jade as Kylie can adhere to any request to which her repertoire is immense & her costumes are exacting to Kylie's outfits & stage attire. As you can see from Showgirl 2005.
