The video was received within 24 hours. I chose Clinton Baptiste to do a "reading" for my husband for our 21st Wedding Anniversary. We both love Clinton and have seen him live. The video was personalised to us and am sure he will absolutely love it when I send it to him on the 25th.

Ordered 2 memmos, one from the singer Shaniece and one from Brandi Marshall. For the Shaniece memmo, I thought it would be epic so I paid for a longer video and full HD. At the time of booking, the average response time was 3 days. I received it 6 days later and the video is horrible. Shaniece appeared as if she didn’t know what to say, didn’t seem genuine, didn’t address everything in my request, and I absolutely hate it. Brandi still hasn’t responded and unlike a memmo competitor, there is no cancel button. I emailed customer service to cancel and eventually received a response.

Memmo honored their money back guarantee and refunded me for the memmo I was unhappy with. Brandi never created the memmo, which I understand is out of their control. I wasn’t charged for that memmo.

Overall, my experience was okay. I’m very happy with the refund and response from Memmo. I will try using them again. The next time, I will only choose talents with reviews and videos of memmo’s they’ve completed!

Very disappointed. Ordered a birthday message from Right Said Fred for my girlfriend’s birthday. 7 days later still sitting as pending. Today is her birthday. Yes it’s on the booking information that if the artist doesn’t record the message then there will be a full refund. A full refund does not get my girlfriend the birthday message I intended to get her on her birthday.

Also tried messaging on Twitter as advised but met with a wall of silence. 1st, last and only time I will use this site.

I came across this on Facebook. My wife is a big Real Housewives fan. I got my request in about a week before. I got confirmation that it was pending & when it was recorded. I was worried on the day as Id got it sent straight to her. But it came through and she was ecstatic about it. Brilliant gift!

I’ve put an order I. And it says received and pending. But then I keep getting emails saying complete your final step that takes me nowhere?? I’m not sure if it’s ordered or not now… can anyone help?

Ease of interface and great celebrities

Roger Clark was brilliant. I was expecting a very brief and short happy birthday message, boy was I shocked. He was engaging and sincere even treated us to a song. I will use Memmo again if this is the quality of their service and Roger will be sending messages to all my family members. Only bad bit is the price range. I can understand some 'a listers' charging high amounts but some are just extortionate. Others a real bargain. Shop around before you decide
