This company is fraudulent. I ordered 6 bottles of very overpriced MemoGenesis. When only 3 bottles arrived and I queried it - enclosing the dispatch note which clearly stated 3 bottles - I was continuously fobbed off until 90 days were up and I neither received the missing 3 bottles nor a refund. It's a SCAM
Although this promotion guarantees your money back, the fine print needs to be read closely. I sent back my un-opened package of six bottles within the 60 window for returns, and was advised that my refund could take up to FOUR MONTHS TO PROCESS. The organization that sends you the product is not MemoGenesis , but a third party that provides additional separation / responsibility between the company and the customer. I confirmed the delivery of the returned package in January and have not had seen a refund and cannot talk to any customer service directly to inquire status of my refund.
Do not buy this item- it is scam and they at $300 a pop. You will not get off superscription list and Gold bolt will try for months to send you more. It is just herbs to make people believe it is a super supplement. It is not, SCAM.
This company SCAMMED my elderly mother, who has DEMENTIA. She bought the product online after being promised improved memory. She immediately tried to cancel after realizing the POP-UP VIDEO AD was likely too good to be true but was denied. She received the product and worked with Laura, the customer service Bot, to mail the product back for a refund. The LAURA BOT is now giving her the runaround for getting the money back after promising the refund. We have no choice but to dispute the charge with my mother’s credit card company. I’m completely disgusted with this company after this experience, and I rarely ever write bad reviews.
I placed an order from the UK to the value of £241.62early February 2026. I tried to cancel the order immediately since the invoice was incorrect. I wasn’t able to do this. I have been in constant communication with them to get a refund. I have to complete a form to be able to do this. The last two questions don’t apply to my request. It’s either cancel the refund request or give the product another try. I have not received any products so I’ve been scammed. Please steer clear of this Company…
