Ordered on 11/23. Supposed to be here between 12/21-12/23, but it is now 12/30 and they haven't even given me a tracking number, since they haven't sent anything. On 12/21, they asked permission to mark the sale "completed" to comply with Etsy guidelines, even though they still hadn't sent the item. When I reach out, I get automated messages that say they will send me a tracking number as soon as they have one. I don't think there will ever be one. Feels scammy.

I was specifically advised by memorialize . art to purchase a digital file instead of a physical canvas because I needed the artwork urgently. I was told the digital file would be delivered much faster, and I also paid over $100 including an express service promising delivery within 1–2 days.

It has now been 8 days.

I have followed up every single day, and each time I’m told the same vague response: “It will be sent when it’s ready.” Despite paying for express service, I have still not received the completed digital file.

This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. If express delivery cannot be honored, it should not be offered or charged for. At this point, the service feels misleading and unreliable.

I would not recommend this company, especially if you need something delivered within a specific timeframe.
