Memorials Direct began with a simple, personal problem: we couldn't find a memorial that truly honoured our loved one. Rather than settle, we designed and engraved one ourselves — and that experience became the foundation of the family business we run today. We create personalised granite memorials and tributes to help families remember the people they've lost, exactly the way they want to. Our range includes granite plaques, vases and tablets, engraved photo plaques, teak memorial benches, urns in ceramic, wooden and biodegradable styles, wooden grave markers and crosses, and thoughtful accessories such as artificial flowers, planters and memorial jewellery. Every piece is crafted from premium natural granite and engraved in-house by our own team, so we can offer free personalised gold engraving with no character limits and full control over quality from start to finish. Our approach is simple: fair pricing, honest engraving, and memorials made to last a lifetime. We know that ordering a memorial is rarely easy, so our team offers design guidance every step of the way, along with fast UK dispatch and careful, secure packaging to make sure each piece arrives safely. Based in Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham and delivering nationwide, we've helped create thousands of memorials for families across the UK, and we're proud to be rated 4.9 out of 5 on Trustpilot. Whatever you're looking to create, we're here to help you honour your loved one with care and dignity.

I ordered a memorial vase for my mum and when it arrived I was quite surprised at how nice and heavy it was. It was beautiful and perfect for mum and was very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this company for all your memorial stuff.

The product was exactly what we expected, the packaging wasn’t the best, we had a slight chip in the granite, not sure if this was due to the couriers or not, mentioned this in an email, the customer services were understanding and offered a 10% discount,

Absolutely brilliant
Was so surprised at the quality of my Mum's memorial plaque. After being quoted a price by the Crematorium, which was extortionate, I looked online and found Memorialsdirect, excellent price, excellent service, presented beautifully and worth every penny. Even got 10% off 1st order. Would recommend without hesitation, BRILLIANT!!

Very helpful staff.
I called a few times whilst deciding on the wording for a memorial plaque and each time the staff were very helpful. I received a proof of the design before it was finalised. Delivery was earlier than quoted. A family friend saw the plaque on my dads grave and requested I order one for their late family member aswell. Thank you and keep up the good work.
