Memorials Direct’s customer service is brilliant. When I got in touch with them about the memorial plaque I ordered was damaged, most likely in transit, they were quick to responding an apology and issued a replacement to be sent out ASAP. This service really helped, especially when seeing the plaque was damaged really upset me and they sympathised in a professional manner. 5/5 service.

Thankyou Jamie for your care and attention engraving and packaging . This is very heavy 20kg and the delivery driver helped me bring it into our home.
