MemoryCherish did an outstanding job restoring a completely faded color kindergarten portrait of my wife from the late 1950s. They were exceptionally accommodating when we requested a few revisions, as some of the colors needed fine-tuning due to the lack of reference photos. It’s clear that your complete satisfaction is their top priority. I’ve used their services before and will again—they have my highest recommendation for restoring any treasured photos.

I had two pictures that I wanted to be restored. I sent them to Memorycherish and they did such a terrible job. They tried again and the results were even worse. Speaking to someone at Walgreens, she told me about photo groups on Facebook who edit and restore pictures absolutely free.

I was so surprised to see how well the photo of me and my Dad that was taken in the year 1962 was made so clear and perfect. Excellent job!

Dreadful. I chose a head artist to help with an old picture for my mother.
The pictures we got back were comical. It looks like my son did it. I am white British and in the picture I look asian. The colour pallet is completely off. I think the artist and I use the word very lightly was not having a good day. Total waste of money, unless you wish to change the origins of who you are. Looks comical and I hope my mother thinks it's funny that we all look Asian.

So happy with the final picture that I submitted. It was beyond repair and somehow you made it like new. Thanks so much! I will definitely use you again for any future restorations.

My photo had faded over the years. It was an original and my only copy. I was skeptical, but the restoration was amazing. We were very much surprised and pleased. I would definitely use Memory Cherish again for any future restoration needs.

Memory Cherish team did an exceptional job with pictures of my mom and dad. My mom passed away a few months ago. I wanted to make a collage of pictures my dad, but most of the pictures were faded and or damaged. The memory cherish team reconstructed each picture beautifully there where beyond my expectations.

I wanted to improve pictures taken in the 1920s and 1930s. Memory Cherish advertised they could do that for a very reasonable amount, $38 per photo, if I recall the amount correctly. Ultimately, they charged me almost $100 per photo. Had the product been good, I would not have minded their running up the cost. But the pictures weren't even as good as I could do with my HP printer. Such a disappointment! And they refused to provide an address where I could return them. Also they refused to provide a link to rate them. It's not surprising they tout a 5.0, as no one unhappy with their work can submit a review to them. I hope potential customers read this review before spending money on Memory Cherish's work. It's not worth it.

I am blown away at the restoration of a family portrait I sent to them! It was severely smoke damaged from 24 years of smoking in the house. The picture didn't have glass over it in the frame and I guess I never paid attention. Now it's beautiful and looks like the day it was taken. Thank you memory cherish!

Was hoping to get a blurry pic restored as they advertised. I got a larger colored blurry photo. I after paying about $180.00 I am very disappointed. I actually did better with a $5 app on my iPhone. I gave it a couple stars as they were fast with the product.

Horrible experience. Weeks after placing my order and not receiving my photos, the support team could only say they were shipped and still in route - keep waiting. 3 weeks after order and order is still "stuck in route" 🙄.Filed a dispute with Credit card and received my payment back and moved on. Look around, there's plenty of options before wasting time with these oeople

Unfortunately, my request for a refund was denied. Their website is cumbersome and not user-friendly, which only adds to the frustration. It’s extremely disheartening that a company lacks a more accessible website and better communication options. While I gave them one star because the work I did receive was of good quality, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this website.

Absolutely fantastic company. I previously had two pictures colorized by another company and they looked totally fake. I subsequently sent these two pictures to Memory Cherish and they look absolutely fantastic. It’s as if the original pictures were taken in color. I cannot give a higher rating to this company. They do excellent work. If you want to colorize a picture, don’t go to any other company. These are the experts.

I can't say enough how pleased I am with the whole process of having my precious Mother's childhood picture restored by MemoryCherish! They did an absolutely beautiful job!! They were professional, friendly, & so thoughtful to keep me updated on their progress. Very fast service too. Also; I mistakenly processed the same order twice. I contacted them & my error was quickly (within minutes) corrected & refunded. I will definitely be using this fabulous company again (& again!!). ♥️
