I'm in the same situation as every other person who has ordered. I also contacted Facebook and reported them as fraud and scam. I then received an email like every one else that said the same thing. How's does Facebook allow this to happen without looking into the company's that post adds on their site.

ZERO STARS!!! Have received same email response as everyone else! Placed my order on November 22nd and never received package 🤬

**Update** I just received tracking info, almost a month and a half after placing order. They have also offered a 20%refund for the inconvenience. I'll update if/when my order arrives. Continue to be firm with them everyone!

I have emailed them several times. At first, I just received the same auto-response as everyone else. I sent another email asking to cancel the order and receive a full refund. I stated, "any failure to respond to this email will confirm that this company is a scam and will be reported". It took several days, but they finally responded. They apologized, explained that the holidays are a busy time, and they've gotten backed up. The rest of the email was the same auto-response. I replied, "This is the 4th email in which you've said my order has been sent to shipping. The first time was over two weeks ago. Why should I believe you?" They responded right away, apologized some more, then promised me a tracking number within 5-7 business days, in addition to 15 percent off for all of the inconvenience. They also promised if they fail to provide the tracking number in 5-7 days, they will refund my money in full. I will update soon...

Have not received order. No response from company. How do I report them and get money back.

Ordered on 11/29 for Christmas and still have not received item. E-mailed 3 days ago and no response. I'll give them till Christmas to arrive.
Update: Recieved email on 12/27/2019 that Christmas was there busy time, no crap!
Sent me a tracking# for SF express. Entered that # on website...no package could be found.
I have opened a claim thru PayPal, they are in the process of investigating these fraud/scam artist. Will update soon.

SCAM! I've had the same experience as everyone else.

I ordered PJ's 10 days ago and do not have a tracking number nor have I gotten a response from the site. This company is fake. I wish I found these before buying the PJS

Ordered 11/15 same story as all the others, I ordered 4 pair of these and still nothing says they have reached NYC but I’m in KY. And they’ve been sitting there for days. Company is in China but you don’t find that out until nothing ships for over a month. Don’t waste your money.

ZERO STARS!!!! Same problem as everyone else, email response from the company are auto generated & have the exact wording as everyone else's review. These are a scam.I ordered these on Nov. 27th. Still no socks! I called my credit card company & put this transaction in dispute. You all should do the same. I'm not paying for something I don't have.

Ordered on Nov 23 and I emailed them about ETA...this is what I got.

"Thank you for your order to us.

Probably a scam!

Update: I received my 3 pairs of socks on Jan 14. The quality of the custom cat socks were actually pretty good! The baby face Christmas socks were not as good because the image was blurry. Too bad they didn't get here in time for Christmas. Customer service eventually got back to me and updated me on the tracking number. It was not a scam....just backed up due to the holidays I guess. I ordered another pair from divvyup socks and got them fairly quickly and the quality was excellent so I suggest checking them out.

TRASH company ordered weeks ago, also paid extra for shipping, nothing! Haven't heard from them in a week, have no idea if they even made the socks. STAY FAR AWAY

SCAM! Ordered socks 11/25/19 and still no tracking information. Emailed the “customer service” email and had the run around. They would get with shipping company and get my tracking info to me ASAP. I told them I want a refund or my order by 12/20. No response...... certainly DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Ordered 40 days ago and still do not have socks. Please be careful. memorysocks.com does not have access to actual order status and only has an email address to ask any questions. emails WILL go unanswered.

Ordered socks over a month ago. Emailed to see if they had been shipped as They are supposed to be a Christmas present said they were sent to ship but it’s been over a week and I still haven’t received a tracking number. Emailed again and was told the shipping company lost them and they were making them again. Again no tracking and emailed for my money back and had no response. Don’t waste your money! SCAM! Not impressed at all!
