Horrible Experience – Scam Alert! Avoid MenLike at All Costs

I had a terrible experience with the MenLike platform after ordering a trouser. They delivered the wrong size, and even after raising multiple complaints over the past 4–5 days, there has been no resolution.

They do not provide any direct customer support contact number, so you’re forced to write email after email just to get a basic response. After several follow-ups, they finally agreed to an exchange only—no return option was offered, which is highly unreasonable considering it was their mistake.

When the exchanged product arrived, the quality was poor, and I was completely dissatisfied with it. I immediately requested a return, but they refused, stating that only exchanges are allowed. To make matters worse, they then claimed that the exchange period had expired, despite my continuous communication during the timeframe.

To top it all, the delivery person charged me ₹100 extra for delivery without any explanation or receipt.

This is by far one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had. Their policies are misleading, their customer support is non-existent, and the quality of products is substandard. This feels like a scam.

Avoid MenLike at all costs—pathetic service, dishonest practices, and zero accountability.

Please don't buy this not at all responding and no reply i bought this on July my order is 54355 i bought phant color exchange even after 24hrs also not at all working please don't buy this.

Fraud Company ...They will not reply to you mail....

I had written about the problems i faced with these guys - not responding for over a month after the returns were collected. I had later complained to the cybercell. After about a month they refunded my money. I wish they would make themselves more accessible and respond faster.

I ordered for military green colour 36 size pants but they delivered dark grey and while applying for exchange military green colour pants is not available in size 36 nor are they responding despite writing several times moreover they do not have dedicated customer care number to talk to extremely disappointed 😞😞😞😞

Totally different from explained and shown in video we will get better quality in local market for much better price now I don't want this item completely helpless

Comfortable trousers for daily wear

I had ordered a pant and fully paid. Got mail confirmation and dispatch number. After 2 days it is showing order cancelled. They are cheaters. No contact number or they dont respond to whatsup number. fack company

I ordered 42 size whereas I received 30 and I am not able to replace.
I was out of station and my colleague in the office I joined today and collected the parcel from my colleague found that the waist of the pant is 30 instead 42

When I tried to replace it.
it was showing as not eligible

Not responding at all

Very irresponsive, placed a order and received a different size, lodged the return, and the delivery person called couple of times and said he will be in 5 mins and didn't turn up, spoke to the menlike team,
they said they will organise another person, and from then on they don't want to respond to any of my what'sapp messages and neither they do have any direct contact number, now have paid for a pant which i don't fit in..

I placed order and paid 3646 MEN-38840 after 4 days of no update i cancelled order
Now its been 6 days and no refund or no update is provided
I updated same information to cybercrime department here in my city and send copy to cp office regarding this ongoing fraud

The products are not value for money and the quality is the worst I have seen ever. DO NOT BUY AT ALL

Awaiting refund for faulty wrong item. Order no 37663.
If I dont receive a response i will have to file a complaint in ombudsman and consumer court for fraud services

Very bad service u provided I return my item on 23 march...but still till 5 april I haven't received any updates.....u r frauds plz don't buy from these site... quantity is very badd,,, fabric sketch the skin that was very painful .. I am also write a mail regarding this but still not found any solution...no reply...no any customer care number is on service..

MEN-34784 is my order number. I am waiting for a replacement since last 5 days but I couldn't even reach them. The service deficiency of the product and the nonchalant attitude of the company has agitated me so much. I am considering to reach out to the appropriate forum for redressal.

Please dont get into a trap... It seems like ffraud.... I ordered last week.. still trackin shows first stage only.... I tried "calling the support number which is " No. doesn't exists " No response for the emails.... Don't loose your money.. This looks like a fradulant company... I am raising report to online fraud in TN Police

This company is a big fraud. They write easy exchange but don’t bother to do so .
The quality of cloth is just ok .
