Mentaldental Reviews

No order received,total scam,do not use.CON ARTISTS.
Waiting for nearly 2 months for order.
Do not buy, scumbags, should be traked down and jailed.

If I could give zero stars I would. Avoid at all cost. Total scammers. I had the same automated emails when I chased, assuming 3/4 weeks for delivery and offering £20 for a positive review. The Whitening Oens have not been received and when I try to track on Shop the page cannot be loaded.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I wish I had looked at reviews before I ordered.
Items not received and constant response is an automated reply which states:
Hi there, deliveries normally take 3/4 weeks.

Sorry for the wait but we’re sure you’ll love the pen when it comes.

Don’t message us here, message our Facebook page if you need any help
and we’ll reply quickly.

If you see our adverts again, leave a positive review saying how white
they made your teeth and we will send you £20.

Once done message our page for payment!

With love, your friends at Cosmetify London

Bloody con.

Never arrived and no response from customer service

I ordered the whitening pen but never recieved it, u contacted thus useless company several times only to recieve the same auto repeated reply asking me to wait longer, I asked for a refund but was ignored completely. This company are scammers DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Made an order , only to be told it was 3-4 weeks for delivery when I chased a week or so later (this should be advised before point of ordering). This was an auto email response which also offered me £20 to leave a positive review …which makes me think the reviews on FB are fake. I asked to cancel and refund as delivery was too long , got no reply, sent same email a week later and just got the original auto email …not sure anything will ever arrive. *****AVOID ******
