I ordered a beige blazer and it arrived as a pink blazer.

Customer service is atrocious!

I will NEVER order from this website again!

I ordered a blue suede jacket. What arrived was polyester, had a gloss rather than matt finish. Was also, I estimate, two sizes smaller than the size guide suggested. If I could have given a no star review I would have.

Do not order from these people, the products sold are misrepresented in the pictures.

I ordered a two piece short set with floral appliqué and boatneck collar. I received a set with cheap floral print pattern that was a button up with a band collar!
How accommodating of the company to tell me to keep it and they’ll refund me

I ordered clothes for $79.98 and they were too small. I contacted customer service asking to return them for a refund. Instead of simply giving me the return address, they repeatedly offered me partial refunds—first $11, then $17, $25, and $30. I repeatedly told them I wanted to return the items for a full refund and asked for the return address. This has been a very frustrating return experience.

AT NO cost purchase anything from this place quality is absolutely shocking.
I asked if I could return the items they said no best solution is they refund £18 pound which is less than half my purchased order.

Horrible customer service and refusing to fully refund order offering 35 out of 149.99 for the purchase , I advise everyone to skip them for your clothing needs , the suit was low quality and made from cheap cloth

I order a lightweight jacket from this company which was a light brown, matt finish. The item received was a shiny almost shellsuit material and looked nothing like the item I ordered. They now expect me to pay to return it to China or offered a £10 refund. Either way I lose out for something that is totally their error. I strongly advise anyone looking to buy from Mentalmens.....DON'T.

Nothing showed up the tracking doesn't tell you much and when you try to reach out to them it's the same automated response . Paid for express shipping shows it is still sitting in China .
