Emailed for a refund one month ago, no reply. Started wearing the ring. Can't say I feel any different.
Now one of the 4 contact points on the inside of the ring has fallen out.
I've emailed them again.....watch this space. Very poor service.

I placed an order in good faith, thinking I had chosen wisely. I had no information regarding shipping and complete silence on thier part when I asked. The ring arrived in a small grey plastic bag with out any padding, it looked okay though. I put the ring on at 9am by 2pm I had a black ring around my finger that would not come off. I got home at 8.30pm and sent an email and pictures, the inside of the ring had gone all black too and felt rough. I have heard nothing back.
I have found them to be rude, disrespectful and providers of merchandise not fit for purpose.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I made a mistake not a huge one financially admittedly but I don't want anyone else to feel this way or to have thier hopes of symptom relief dashed.

Dont buy of this company offered me compensation and then didn't hear back of them.

I ordered the ring on the 18th of December. I have no updates where it is, I have sent 3 emails regarding this and have heard nothing back. Will not use this site again.

Absolute scam DO NOT ORDER from these people , ordered a ring £28 got a parcel tracking number 4 days later that doesn't exist, I email , no reply, I email 3 days later no reply, just gone back on to my order and the page has technical issues.

Gave a 1 star as couldn’t give a zero.
Purchased a ring from this company which has tarnished and left a mark on my finger. I have sent numerous emails and messages….no response
Very poor customer service.

Bought ring from them. Left a dark msrk on my finger and the ring lost its colour. Sent 3 emails and 3 requests on their site.....no response

Definitely would not use this site again as they never reply to emails and never received my delivery. They say on the site to watch out for scams, they should take a closer look at themselves for this quote!!!

Obviously a scam site as no tracking, no delivery, no reply to emails. A Gmail account for emails? Really. Had to go and claim the money back through my bank. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!!

Emailed them several times for a delivery update and after the 4th email to them its clear im not going to get a reply or my ring. Definitely do not use them unless you want to lose your money.

DO NOT buy from this company, I have been emailing them since August to get a refund for two rings that I bought which have discoloured and have turned my fingers black.
I have worn them twice that’s it.
I was promised a refund months after the fact and after emailing several times but to be honest seems like she was just telling me what I wanted to hear because no refund as ever come.
I’m am extremely disappointed and frustrated by this.
They do not reply to your emails, I have sent around 20 or more.
The rings are not fit for purpose.
It’s disgusting how they can get away with it!
I’m hoping this review will help other people.

Don’t waste your money ordering from this company cos you will never see what you order. They claim they’re in the uk but don’t believe that. It takes them a week to prepare for despatch and refuse to give tracking information. Excuses all the way. Still waiting for my refund.
