While we do not currently offer phone support, our customer service team is available via email support@meonutrition.com and we strive to respond to all inquiries as quickly as possible. After reviewing our records, we were unable to locate any emails from the address associated with this review.

Our records show that you had an active subscription for 6 bottles of Pro Enzyme, scheduled for delivery every 3 months. We can also confirm that you successfully cancelled the subscription yourself through your customer account on May 28, and no further shipments or charges related to future subscription orders will occur.

Regarding the two orders placed with us, both transactions are currently being disputed through the chargeback process. As these cases are under review by the card issuer, we are unfortunately unable to issue refunds directly at this time and must wait for the card processor's final decision.

This company scammed me out of 155.00

This company scammed me out of 155.00. I ordered elderberry, it never came. This was over 1 month ago. I emailed customer support asking for my money back. No response. Only wait while we check, than they close my request without resolving anything. This same email response happened 10 times. I'm praying they don't keep charging me 155.00 over and over again without any product sent. This is a complete scam. No one responded after stealing your money,and no product.

An address I am no longer at. Every email and contact form response is I am checking into it followed by case closed.

We can see from your account that you had ordered with us twice before, and that makes it even more important to us that we got this right for you. We clearly didn't, and we are sorry for that.

We want to be transparent: your last order was returned to us, and your refund has been processed as of 24 May. You should see it reflected on your original payment method shortly if it hasn't appeared already.

We have also taken your feedback seriously. We have updated our cancellation process to make it much simpler, you now only need your email address and one order number to cancel your subscription directly, without needing to contact support at all. We hope this change prevents other customers from going through what you experienced.

We are sorry to read your review and sincerely apologies for the experience you have had, this is not the standard we hold ourselves to, and you deserved a far smoother process from the outset.

We have thoroughly reviewed your case and are pleased to confirm that your subscription has been fully cancelled. To provide some clarity on the order in question, it was dispatched on 10th May, with your cancellation coming through on 11th May, just one day after it had already left our warehouse. Unfortunately, at that point it was no longer possible to intercept the shipment.

We are currently awaiting your confirmation on how you would like to proceed with this order. We are ready to issue your return labels immediately upon request, and as soon as the courier collects the parcel, we will arrange a full refund without delay.

We also want to acknowledge that our response times during this period were not what they should have been. We experienced system issues during a recent upgrade that affected our ability to respond to customers as promptly as we would have liked, and we are truly sorry for that.

On a positive note, feedback like yours has directly contributed to meaningful improvements on our end. We have now introduced a 5-day advance notification system for all subscription renewals, ensuring every customer receives an alert before any order is processed or dispatched , giving them the opportunity to pause, amend or cancel before a charge or shipment is triggered.

I did not order from this company but…

I did not order from this company but received a charge on my debit card of $91.00. I did order supplients from SZN supplements earlier in the day but obviously my card was hacked from SZN and an order was placed at MEO. I guess the lesson here is that many of these online companies do not secure there websites or their employees are not trustworthy. In the future I will go directly to a local supplement store to buy my supplies. As always, buyer beware. Since you cannot contact the company directly by phone I filled out the contact form so we'll see how or if they will respond to my contact.

They will not stop charging me

I ordered their product several months ago and did not realize that this was a monthly investment. I did not see the results that the product claimed to provide and decided to discontinue an unwanted subscription. I emailed and went through the correct prompts on their website to continue to be charged and sent this product. I am getting auto-responses that do not address my genuine concerns. This is a SCAM!!!! Please to do not order from this company, for your own sake.

I placed an order once and have continue to receive the product(s) even though I did not do a subscription. They are "looking into it." Meanwhile I have notified my cc company and am planning to let the BBB know they are doing a scam. Do not order!

Good product, good company!

I've been ordering psyllium husk from Meonutrition for about a year and I have had a positive experience with them. My doctor has been prescribing me pain medication for leg pain and I was looking for something for constipation. Meonutrition psyllium husk is lab tested and made in the USA. I have been using this product for years and this is the best quality and the safest psyllium husk I've been able to find. I also made a huge mistake and ordered way more of this product than I wanted and I had no problem returning and receiving a refund. I definitely recommend Meonutrition products for their quality, safety and honesty of the company.

Returns are not taken care of

Wouldn't even give it one star !
I ordered one bottle of vitamin k2&k3 and received 4 .
I contacted the company to let them know and to return all 4 as I didnt want to be charged for them .
They said no problem send me a link to return . The return portal is disabled, I contacted them and the apologized.
This went on for 10 emails going on 5 weeks and they still thave not resolved it . And they never contacted me unless I email first .and of course there is not a phone number to call and talk to a person
So im stuck with product I dont want and no refund .
Do not bother with this company they do not back up there statements and do take care of there customers !

You're right, and we're not going to hide from it. Our returns app was not functioning as it should have been, and we did not cancel your subscription in the timeframe we should have. That's on us, and we completely understand why the experience felt the way it did.

Better late than never, your subscription has been cancelled effective March 17 2026 and the two orders from this year have been fully refunded (#MEO85771 on March 3rd, 2026, #MEO89308 on March 17, 2026 ).

Your feedback, as difficult as it is to read, is exactly what pushed us to fix the issues that caused this in the first place. We've made changes to both our cancellation process and our returns system to make sure other customers don't face the same experience going forward.

We know words only go so far at this point, and we respect that. But we did want you and anyone reading this, to know that real changes have been made as a direct result of feedback like yours.

Shady, unorganized, ineffective - question quality of product

I ordered ONE bottle of beetroot to compare with regular beet juice and decided to stay with juice. Another bottle showed up - unrequested - then another and charges hit my credit card. There is NO Customer service phone ability - all transactions by email.
While their email responses were timely they were largely ineffective, resulting in tedious follow up mails. Finally got instructions to return a product but when I clicked on the link - their return "portal" was out of service.
This is sketchy and if they can't get simple process correct, then I don't trust the quality of their product - perhaps unfair, but anyone selling nutraceuticals should have support to answer questions, deal with reported adverse events, etc. Ghost charging of credit cards put me over the top and I totally discount this company, its shady business practices, and by extension - its products.

SNEAKY company

SNEAKY company. They provide "better" prices when you buy in bulk (6 - 9 months of product) then a couple of months later they charge your card for more of the same - WITHOUT authorization or request from the customer. This should be illegal. BEWARE if you think your want to buy their products. I have filed a formal complaint with my bank.

I ordered a 6 month supply of ginko…

I ordered a 6 month supply of ginko biloba 6 bottles. I only wanted a one time order. I did not subscribe!!! They just charged me for another shipment $149.94 for another shipment. I want a refund and I want to cancel any further shipments. I have called customer service and also sent emails. No response! Horrible customer service. Faith Slocum

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. No 800 no. Only email and AI. Would not refund my money on items I purchased in November 2025 and that were not delivered. I only received a partial order. I had to beg for my money. After about 20 email exchanges over a couple of months I only received a partial refund. They kept my money. I will never use this company again. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not worth the aggravation. Stay away.

I would like to mention Meonutrition customer service was awesome!!!! I've never had service where they didn't ask why I was cancelling, transferred a lot or put on hold for too long. They even handled my cancellation and made sure i was taken care of. I wish all businesses were this professional. I would be remiss if I didn't mention Joanna/Crystal excellent customer service.

So good to work with!

My subscription automatically renewed and my subscription was no longer needed. My dad had just passed away and my subscription was used for him.
When I went in to cancel the order, they have made their website so simple to use, that it was just an easy one click.
I immediately received a personal email back, not a computerized one.
I will look for Meo Nutrition products in the future, because of their personal customer service!
