I had to continuously chase for delivery of the item ordered. When it arrived it was so cheap and nasty with no instructions on how to use and not fit for purpose!

Nothing but a scam , ordered a dehumidifier and received a pair of football socks !!
Phone number on website is invalid , ignores emails , no communication from company .
AVOID , AVOID , AVOID !!

Nothing but a con.
They will take your money and if you ask for a refund within 2 or 3 days they send you something worth about 50p. Once it arrives it is too late to do anything about getting your money back.

This company doesn’t exist, it’s a scam, you never receive the ordered product, instead the send a cheap stainless steel chain from China which takes a couple of weeks to arrive.

Total scam. Do not give these people your money, you will not receive your item.

Scam same as every customer I ordered dehumidifier and got pair of earrings !!

Sadly ordered a desiccant dehumidifier like another reviewer from them on 28 November 2024, order started with Meowmai.com but transaction through shopify, with link back to Briava.shop (Miami) – no way to cancel order. Should have smelled a rat, got an email with tracking info a few days later so thought it might be ok. But received a pair of cheap looking earrings today after 9 day wait.

Like others, placed an order for a dehumidifier. Credit card was debited by Nylora in Miami. Now three weeks since order placed and no acknowledgement of order received. Address given on the website is a 'serviced' office (i.e. a front). According to Companies House the sole director lives in Vietnam (and has a Vietnamese sounding name). Phone number doesn't exist, no response to email. Complete scam.

Ordered dehumidifier on line no order number issued should have smelled a rat then.No indication when I would receive item, after 2 weeks still no correspondence with the company I phoned them but number did not exist. Fortunately I paid on my Barclaycard so received full amount back. Avoid company with a barge pole.Scam company

This is a scam company. You don't get what you order. The only 5 star is from their own people.

I ordered a dehumidifier from this company. Received email confirmation of order and tracking / delivery information. Ervi were the designated courier and made the delivery of a small Jiffy bag containing two pieces of cheap costume jewellery. As soon as Ervi had confirmed they had made delivery all contact links on the confirmation email no longer worked and telephone contact details on website unattainable. This company is a complete scam.

If you want cheap jewellery, irrespective of what you order, then this is the company. They are based in Miami (Dynara). They send cheap jewellery from China, the products on their website don’t exist.

Scammers, I ordered dehumidifier but it never arrived 😭

We ordered an electriq 5L dehumidifier.. our order arrived and was two pieces of cheap jewellery. Unsurprisingly the company aren’t replying to our emails.
